Kids like 3MB for their silly air band antics. Remember they are aiming for 10 years and up. That and the Shield keeps beating on them so how far can they really go?
Aksana should have been on tv more, if only to see that body.
I'm thinking about bringing a RIP 3MB or Thank you JTG sign to RAW on monday. I'm not sure which (or maybe something different). I was recommended to bring a sign that said "Nick Hogan drove me here" which seems pretty good.
I'm kind of surprised they got rid of McIntyre and Brodus Clay. Both weren't horrible and could have been saved with a proper push/gimmick change. What point was it to make Brodus turn monster heel and then disappear to NXT?
IMO, WWE had (might still have to much) too much talent to try and fit everyone onto the scene. All this is the WWE trying to make their personal size smaller while keeping the fans happy. Everyone on that list has not done anything major for some time now, if ever. I mean no disrespect to any members on that list. It was simply the wrong place and the wrong time for them to be in the WWE.
I really hope its one of the new guys. Cesaro, Wyatt and Reigns have all done so well that id love to see a interwoven feud with multiple title changes between them and a returning daniel bryan. Ambrose and Rollins too but they will probably feud until end of summer.
My seats at RAW were pretty nice, but rewatching on tv I appear to be so far away. You can see my RIP 3MB sign when the Authority talks at the beginning of the show and then after Reigns gets put into the match and they cut to the announce team. Also they had a close up of my section when Adam Rose came out (i think). I was about 10 rows away from Reigns when he entered through the crowd. What a cool experience. Next time I will have to be ringside. haha
Also RAW was surprisingly good, even if the main event was terrible. I love the new Cody. I really hope that they push the Dusts before breaking them up.
Reigns winning the belt and then having Ambrose win the Money in the Bank contract would be delicious TV, but I highly doubt they do it. Most likely its gonna be Cena winning, setting up a Brock vs. Cena match at Summerslam. With Cena probably winning of course. Or maybe Brock wins and somebody cashes in on him, say Ambrose, and voila. You could have something going there.
I actually kind of hope that Kane wins the title now. He really hasn't had a title run in a long time and could use it to help boost the whole "monster" character they're trying to build up. It also preserves the Bryan feud should they want to resume it on the next PPV. Other than that, I could see a quick title win from Cesaro where Heyman double crosses him into a quick reign with Lesnar taking it for a short while.
Ambrose or Rollins win the MITB case. Naomi loses to Paige because of Cameron turning heel. Hopefully the Wyatts or Dusts will beat the Usos in the future.
Also mcintyre was definitely saddled with terrible gimmicks. He wasnt a bad wrestler at all.
Well Jack Swagger injured another wrestler, this time it is Wade Barret who dislocated his shoulder after being thrown into the crowd barricade by Swagger. That's two people Swagger has taken out when they are on the hottest runs of their careers. Ziggler has been saddled with being called injury prone ever since by WWE management. When is WWE going to get it through their thick skulls that it isn't them being injury prone, its Swagger being an unsafe worker.
I love Zeb and the Real American gimmick, but Swagger needs to go. Bring someone from NXT up and let them run with Zeb. Or maybe give an underutilized dude a run with Zeb. Swagger can't keep injuring all these dudes while they're hot.
I didn't think they could make a ladder match boring. WWE sure proved me wrong. What a terrible match, not to mention predictable end to the PPV. Cena's hometown actually booed him which I would hope would send a message, but WWE just has their head buried in the sand.
I'm not a huge fan of part timers taking titles and whatnot but can we fast forward to Lesnar taking the title off of Cena now and forget that this Summer is ever going to happen?
For one thing Taker's done. If he wrestles again, which is looking very unlikely, it would only be at Wrestlemania.
Another big issue is Lesnar's schedule. For one thing, how many dates are left on his contract for this year. If Cena didn't hold the belt, then the Lesnar match would not be so predictable. But now, with Cena holding the belt, and in a match against Lesnar at Summerslam, it makes the bout fairly predictable. Lesnar cannot win the belt because he has no dates on his contract. If Lesnar was to win the belt, then you have the problem of Lesnar not being on TV, or burning up all his dates very rapidly, neither or which WWE wants. Lesnar as champ would be like The Rock as champ, he wouldn't be on TV for months at a time, and would only wrestle on PPV. It doesn't work. So this means Cena overcomes the odds again.
As for Bryan, assuming that what he said about having another neck surgery was true, Bryan's likely return date will be at the Royal Rumble, as they have done with a lot of injured former champs over the years (see Cena and Edge as two notable examples)

That's not necessarily true. They could let Lesnar win the title and still keep it on TV while only having him wrestle at PPVs or make a rare RAW appearance. Just put the belt with Heyman and have him continue to brag about his client BAAAAAARRRRRRROOOOOOCCCCCCCKKKKKK LEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSNNNNNNNNNAAAAAAARRRRRRRRR each week when he's out there with (hopefully) IC champ Cesaro. There are reports that Lesnar is scheduled to appear at NOC as well, so it's entirely possible that he could have a small reign as a champ for a couple months or possibly even shorter if they actually get Seth to cash in successfully.
I think that this past weeks RAW might have been top to bottom the best RAW in a long time. The Miz returned with a fresh take on his character (he really, really, really needed to be a heel again), Y2J returns, AJ returns? Just about everything done on the card furthered a storyline of some sort. Bo got to have that awesome bo-ment of silence for injured dudes setting up a future rivalry for DBry that could help push Bo up the card. Also The Real Americans turning face and finally face off against Rusev. I sincerely hope they take the opportunity to have this Ambrose Rollins feud last long enough so that Rollins becomes the first to lose his contract to expiration. That would be incredible and different.
The other big problem with Lesnar is champ is that he will be appearing at literally zero house shows. Whether you like it or not, having the WWE Champion appearing at a WWE house show generates buys and is still a huge portion of WWE's profits. House show attendance dropped off when Rock was champion and while I dislike John Cena with a passion, him as champion caused our civic center, which holds around 8,000 people, to be standing room only for WWE's last house show down here.
You certainly are correct, but they also don't seem to concerned with House show attendance with regards to part time transitional champions. I can really see them using Lesnar as a champ to truly elevate someone to the main event and create a superstar. I don't think they'll use Roman Reigns yet, but it's possible they may use Lesnar to be the stepping point for him to become a champion. It could end up being Cesaro or Bray, but I have a feeling that Cena winning the title and Lesnar beating him for it could truly be best because the guy who takes the title from Lesnar will more than likely be elevated to the stars.
True, beating Lesnar as an up and coming champion would be one hell of a rub, but the talked about Reigns vs. Lesnar bout has been penciled in for Wrestlemania 31. That's far too long between Summerslam and then to have Lesnar as champ. You could have Cesaro win it off Lesnar, as that makes a hell of a lot of sense, but this is the WWE here, and from the looks of things, they aren't going in that direction.
I agree. I see Reigns being given the WM31 boost, but that is indeed too far to keep the title out of the picture. Maybe there is some kind of revised contract coming up that might have Lesnar more active. Maybe he's off like normal until the end of year and then comes back for a small window from maybe survivor series to WM and defends it more frequently? It could be something like the Authority starts to sour on the idea of the title being on a dude that doesn't show up to the shows and then he shows up and wrecks everyone until WM.
also thanks for that, I had to look up the PPV schedule and just found out that TLC is going to be in Cleveland, so I should probably get tickets soon.
I dunno if anyone watches NXT but I find that the NXT tapings are so much fun to watch. The level of crowd participation is ridiculous. The talent they have down there and how easily the crowd takes to them makes the show one of my favorites. I'm actually finding that I look forward to the NXT tapings more than RAW nowadays.
I just caught up on most of last weeks episode and the chant of Bayley's gonna hug you was incredible. Also the silly gimmicks they come up with on NXT are just so fun. The Vaudevillians and Tyler Breeze are awesome on the small stage, but I definitely can't see them going far on the actual roster. Further, I'm so glad that Enzo is back because Enzo and Big Cass together bring a ridiculous energy and hype to the show that is unparalleled by anyone short of Sami Zayn.

Lesnar beats Cena
Taker beats Lesnar (setting up a best of 3 competition)
Bryan beat Taker
I no longer have an inside source to the WWE...
