... And ya know, the Bengals/Browns hatred towards the Steelers has a lot to do with jealousy and envy.
I know this, lol.
I dont really understand why there are this many Steelers fans around here. I mean, we have a pretty popular base all around the states, but there is A LOT here.

I'm not positive, but I think the Steelers popularity has increased around here because of the original sale of the Browns. I know that when the browns were sold, my stepdad became a Steelers fan since they were the next closest home team.
My teams are:
MLB: Not Boston. (I don't really care about MLB).
NFL: Saints/Browns (born in NO, raised in NO/CLE). I've become fond of the 49ers since Harbaugh took over as well.
NBA: Cavs/Clippers (I love me some CP3)
NHL: Not Boston or Detroit? (also don't follow NHL)

That actually makes a lot of sense. Did your stepdad remain a Steelers fan when the Browns became a team again?

I think he still is. He's been more of a Broncos fan lately because of his mancrush on Peyton. He still supports the Clowns and Steelers too.
I am surprised that there is still a rivalry between the two. Of all the teams to have a rivalry between, I'd say a CLE/BAL rivalry would make the most sense since Art did rip our team out and send it elsewhere.
I would say the Baltimore rivalry is our most heated, and that was the Cleveland rivalry. I'm sure all Browns fans just hate the Ravens too much to even call them a rivalry. Same thing with the Titans and Texans, but I don't think the Oilers leaving was as dirty as when they moved the Brownies.

MLB: Giants with a nod to the A's
NFL: 49ers
NBA: Warriors
NHL: Sharks
I don't really follow much college sports or soccer.
NHL: Boston Bruins
MLB: Boston Red Sox
And I guess the Patriots, to a lesser extent. My knowledge of football is crappy.
And I don't like basketball. =/

Missouri (MIZZOU) Tigers

Philadelphia Eagles
My GF likes the Dallas Cowboys. This makes for some interesting conversations since they're division rivals with the Eagles.
NBA :Chicago Bulls (Although I'd like to see the Kings turn around that pre-injury Chris Webber Era was great)
I don't pay much attention to MLB or NHL .
