Anyone read this? I have questions about the ending:
Right after Arthur gets teleported to the beach. What was the bird implying about the vogons? That they were slated to destroy that beach as well? The last line about Arthur, "he wished he was someplace else", what does it mean? Normally, I'd take it literally -- that he simply wished to be someplace else. However, he has just "wished" himself on the beach. Does this mean he now has the ability to go anywhere he wanted?
