So, I just thought I'd go ahead and warn you guys: games for windows life is shutting down july the first this year. After that, games either have to patch out authentication to that server or become unplayable.
Here's a list of games using it at the moment, and the status from the developers. If you want to play the ones in red and purple, I'd advice you to do so before July.

It's more that people always overvalue removal. Really, if they make a card ":symb:: Sorcery: As an additional cost, get F'd in the A. Destroy target creature." people will say "removal is removal" and first-pick it.
Steam the distribution system and Steamworks the DRM system are seprate. The Dawn of War II games up to Retribution don't use Steamworks, but Retribution itself does.
