This is pretty nuts! Decks that play a lot of creatures with first strike/double strike/evasion should enjoy this very much. The soulbound firebreath guy rotates out and this is much better in my opinion, especially in limited.
I think it's fine. Not great or anything, but fine. Still leaves you vulnerable to a 2 for 1, but for a single red cantrip you can't ask for much more.
This is a massive, massive sleeper. People will underestimate this for a while and then someone is going to put it on a doublestriker or sink a ton of mana into it with Nykthos or something.
Akroan Crusader + This is already 2 red mana on the board for devotion. If you attach this to Akroan Crusader and your opponent decides to kill the Crusader in response? Sure, they wasted removal on your 1-drop AND you still have a 1/1 body on the field. Not as impressive as Voice of Resurgence, no, but this is the kind of heroic enabler that has a LOT of potentional.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
This is one of several 1-2cmc cantrip auras that I think will be the main heroic enablers(if heroic gets used). It's a quick way to get devotion, trigger heroic, and dump mana. In a mono-red or mostly red Gruul/Boros, this could do some great work.
