This is a deck I recently put together of some cards I have and it has done well in the games I have tested it in. But here is the thing it isn't complete yet it is only 99 cards and I can't think of anything in particular to fill in that last slot. Any ideas?
Firstly, edit the bold out so that the cards are linked, you'll laikely get more replies that way.
Secondly, are you deliberately going true highlander? Because Back to Basics will hose you completely. Not only that, but 33 land with no early ramp? You want to cut some of the non-basics and add in normal stuff, along with Kodama's Reach, Cultivate, maybe Rampant Growth. Silvos, Rogue Elemental is probably cuttable for a land as well.
Third, at least one of the cards you've got in your list is on the banlist. Admittedly I'm making the assumption that you wish to pay attention to the banlist, but it can be found here: http://dragonhighlander.net/rules.php.
Hope this helps some, once you've made the cards links I'll have a look over the creature selection- might be a plan to check some of your spellings as well. All in all though, it looks like a promising start.

I have never actualy ran into anyone who used back to basics, at least with the people I play with we all pretty much use non basic lands.
As for Karakas I had no idea it was banned thanks for the heads up. I can understand why it is really good in EDH.
I do have some ramp with my creatures like Weathered Wayfarer and Primeval Titan. In the games that I used the deck I never actually had any trouble with mana.
The card I am always the happiest to see in the early game is Oracle of Mul Daya, especially with a Sylvan Library going. Some don't like to the penaly of having to reveal their top card, but the advantage far outweighs the penalty imo. I usually manage to spring quite a few lands into play every game with her. She's my favorite Green Sun Zenith target and loves to see Rampaging Baloths, Avenger of Zendikar, or Admonition Angel.

Personally, I like Invincible Hymn over the Beacon but I play bigger mana with Mayael running both Mirari's Wake and Mana Reflection.
I also like Marshal's Anthem over Debt of Loyalty.
I always find Mayael at her best when supported by lots of enchantments. I run Sterling Grove, Idyllic Tutor, and Enlightened Tutor, and some common targets for these are Greater Good, Sylvan Library, Defense of the Heart, Wild Pair, Where Ancient's Tread, Lurking Predators and Aura Shards.
Worldly Tutor, Congregation at Dawn, Scroll Rack, and Cream of the Crop all set up the topdeck nicely for Mayael and Lurking Predators.

Plated Slagwurm and Kalonian Behemoth are sorta underwhelming in EDH. The shroud is nice but eh. Personally I would rather have big tramplers like Pelakka Wurm or Panglacial Wurm. Steel Hellkite, Terastodon and Deathless Angel would fill those spots nicely too.
