I really don't think I'd use haze of rage. goblin wardriver or goblin chieftain is just better, in my opinion. Beyond that, why aren't you using shrapnel blast? Like goblin grenade, it's 5 damage, and it's instant speed., just requires an artifact..means you could wipe someone out pretty quickly is what it means.
I'm not entirely sure I wouldn't try to find another solution. I like leyline, but what decks will gain so much life that quickly? is there a lot of soul sisters in your meta? if that's the case, burn the darned soul sister! Why combust? what does it hit that it must hit? again, if it's soul sisters, I like ignite disorder or ember gale better.
Maybe the 2 mana 3/1 firstriker? He looks good at pushing thru damage and getting card advantage. Its also an artifact.
if that suggestion is ok then maybe adding in a few tempered steel? Your playing 16ish artifacts then. A kuldotha boros deck?
Combust is in there to deal with splinter twin combo and leyline would be in there to prevent finks life gain combo. Unless Burning would work for taking out that combo as well?
And the issue I see with tempered steel is I wouldn't have many artifacts out when sacing to kuldotha rebirth and shrapnel blast but tempered steel is something I've considered sideboarding I'm just not sure when I'd need it.
I've been playing with this list in the tourney practice room on mtgo and it's actually been winning a fair amount. I'm just looking for card ideas that could make the deck better even though I know it will never be actually competitive on a tournament level.
This deck is kind of all about making quest for the goblin lord good and it pretty much succeeds. The card is quite good and gives the deck a lot of power and explosiveness.
I've tried goblin kings but I switched them for signal pests because they kind of sucked and were expensive and signal pest is cheap and another artifact for rebirth which btw is quite powerful.
Greater Gargadon is a 4 of in this type of deck. When things are going to die anyways, might as well eat them. It's really good with Mogg War marshal and dragon fodder. Faithless looting will dig you deeper, but won't give you gas.
If you really want some good stuff, consider stingscourger or maybe goblin assault vs. control. Beyond that, this deck really wants some number of mox opal.
The thing about greater gargadon is that he doesn't play a crucial role in making the deck combo. The combo is pumpers plus token makers and when these two elements hit a critical mass you win. So anything that isn't contributing to that end is making the deck less consistent. With that said Gargadon does seem quite good in this deck and might be good enough to play even though it doesn't really help with consistency. I fear that 4 is too much but you may be right as I have not tested it yet.
You may be right about looting. I'm kind of just desperate for efficient ways to get gas and trading unwanted cards for wanted cards seems good even though in the end it is card disadvantage.
Sting scourger is a cool card but I don't see it doing anything that crucial for the deck and it isn't good enough to play on merits of power alone.
Goblin assault could be interesting vs. control but it is glacially slow and expensive.
There are almost never 3 artifacts in play so I don't think Opal would be good. If more artifacts made their way into the deck I would definitely consider running them.
Some other considerations which I left out:
Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician - Mainly for his second, token generating ability. This guy on turn 4 with a chieftain in play and 4 mountains seems good.
Blood Moon/Magus of the moon - Not really much to say here. Can win games by themselves sometimes. Not good vs. merfolk and other decks with lots of basics. Probably worth play 1 or 2 main because mise and more in the sb. They do make goblin king better which is kind of cool but he sucks so much I still wouldn't play him. Maybe 1. I guess there was much to say.
I'm still fond of the looting idea especially with the adding of a bunch of 1 ofs.
Spinerock Knoll isn't actually a good idea I realized because by the time this deck is usually dealing 7 in a turn it's dealing 20 in a turn.
I haven't play tested spinerock knoll but the card may have some potential. As for some of these cards like Ib I'm quite skeptical since it's a pretty slow drop...

Have you play tested Ichor Wellspring in place of the bauble? It keeps your hand filled, and is never sad to be pitched to kuldotha.
Also, you should probably consider Lightning Bolt and Goblin Grenade. Nade can be especially good with war marshal.
Maybe Siege-Gang Commander as a 1 or 2 of? I mean, the card practically triggers quest by itself.
Eitherway, I would at least take out the Goblin Wardrivers. Never really liked the card. And unlike pest, it doesn't have evasion.
edit: too bad Goblin Sledder isn't Modern legal..I think it could have found a home in here quite nicely.
edit edit: And what about Goblin Guide? This guy can win games all by himself.

Devastating Summons. Definitely only one.
Maybe a Faithless Looting. Need some thing to give the deck gas.
Some number of Spinerock knoll. Free card advantage.
Maybe some sort of falter effect.
