I have been playing this deck on Cockatrice and it wins with extreme consistency, landing Emrakul on turn 4 almost every game and with the right draw on turn 3.
In order to "combo out" with this deck we need three pieces, a discard outlet, an instant speed reanimator, and Emrakul. So with that in mind let's move on to the card choices...
Discard outlets:
Fauna Shaman- Good because of her ability to tutor, not that we'll be needing that a whole lot but the fact that it's there is reassuring. Only issue is she costs a G to activate and has to be tapped, not like... Oona's Prowler- The upside here is that she can be used the turn she hits the floor. However she doesn't bring the utility with her like the Shaman. Thoughtseize- Not a lot of frill here, reveal your hand, pitch Emrakul, lose 2 life, win. As a budget option feel free to use any discard spell that can hit a creature (Blackmail for example), this is just the best one. Liliana of the Veil- Costing three is my biggest beef with her, but she also lets us smack our opponent's hands too and has a built in edict. If there's one thing I like in a card it's flexibility.
Instant speed reanimators:
Doomed Necromancer- The weaker of the two reanimate effects as he will have eaten 2BB and have been tapped by the time he's been used. Goryo's Vengeance- The best reanimator in the deck, sure it exiles it but who cares? You will have won or earned a concession after Emrakul smacks them in the face and wipes their board. Makeshift Mannequin- Suggested by weltkrieg, I have yet to test it out.
Emrakul(s):
Emrakul, the Aeons Torn- 15/15 Annihilator 6. Pretty much kills them and wipes their board. The wincon. Congregation at Dawn- I call them my Emrakuls 5-8. But they're more than that as they can fetch up any of the combo pieces you need.
Other:
Birds of Paradise- Great card. Lets you play everything earlier, nothing super fancy. Llanowar Elves- Less attractive version of Birds. I only have it as a placeholder card.
I know I don't have a sideboard, and that is because I'm not very familiar with the Modern format and what cards belong in sideboards. Any help with this problem would be more than appreciated.
[Edits]: Fixed the decklist, added Mannequin to the list.
Where's the Thoughtseize in your deck list? Most of the other cards you mentioned are in it, and your deck is only 53 cards. (That reminds me--if you run 4 Thoughtseize, what are the other 3 cards? Liliana 2.0, perhaps?)
Also, I'd imagine you'd be pretty set back if your Fauna Shaman eats targeted removal before she loses summoning sickness. Have you generally been able to fight through disruption?
One more thing is that you need a Goryo's Vengeance hand to fend off UR Storm, as they'll be able to combo off Turn 4 otherwise. Try Mindbreak Trap in the sideboard.
