I had to create an account just to point out that Tome Scour can't be used with Isochron Scepter, and that your playing U/B Mill. Why not use Mind Funeral. Better than Tome Scour and imo better than Archive Trap. Ya, having 2 of em in your hand and your opponent pops a fetch land is crazy fun, but really how many times do you run into that or you opponent doesn't wise up and decide not to pop em from then on?
Atm, I'm in the works of making a modern U/B Mill deck myself just for fun really, and that's how I stumbled upon this thread. I have a few ideas for you like:
- Relic of Progenitus There is a better card, unless you prefer the draw. Tormod's Crypt
- Surgical Extraction It is a good card, it just hasn't worked all to well for me. I play tested it so many times in diff. decks, and I always end up SBing it out.
+ Tormod's Crypt Is free graveyard removal. Probably only SB.
+ Memoricide or Cranial Extraction Probably SB
+ Leyline of the Void Is a must SB in case your opponent plays with some eldrazi.

Let me stop you and ask if you read iso recently. After that Archive trap is overall better for the amount of cards you can get and for the price. There is another thread on UB Mill but what ever floats your boat dude.

Why Dimir Curtpose, Szadeck and Circu? Useless creatures in modern format.
Today i tested my mill deck against Splinter Twin deck and it showed very good results, winning 2 match's 2-0. Check my modern mill deck in this forum, maybe you could get some ideas.
If you're gonna play milling you MUST :
Be able to destroy or at least ''control'' opponents creatures(If they're playing one)
Be able to DRAW your mill spells when needed
Be able to have a little control of the game, that's why counters are needed, and Cancel will do nothing in modern format, is a very bad card. Play Mana leak or remand, at least Rune Snag or Negate.
