I ordered from them last Friday (1-3-14) and got cards from another site already that I ordered the day after I ordered from them and that came from even farther away. I tired to inquire as to the status of my package as they had not bothered to send me any kind of notification as to what was going on. Read the messages below to see how they blew my request off and made it sound like I was in the wrong, dismissed my aggravation as something that was not understandable, then insulted me.
6 days after with no notification left me suitably aggravated so it should go without saying that I was pretty aggravated before dealing with them so I don't come off the best in the following email but you don't deal with customers like this. They just assume that everyone knows them and/or will read their site policies. How is the average person going to know that you never bother to send shipping confirmation or a number with which to track the package? I don't know anyone who reads site policies unless there is already a problem with said site.

We do 20+ orders a day nationally...and another 20 or so locally...and have a 5,000,000 card inventory. So do research before you start mouthing off. Thanks for the advice...but if i wanted advice from you..i would have ****ed into a distant ancestor of yours...and squeezed it outta you. You pretentious ****.

You're known? Obviously not as well as you think. I've played and collected magic since legends was in print and I've only recently become aware that you even exist. I'd seriously consider at the very least adding a message to the only one you send that you'll send it within 24 hours and we as customers need to request the tracking number. This is freaking ridiculous making people do this, lazy on your part as well. It is not very smart on your part to think that people will bother reading the site rules for some site that they'll most likely only ever visit once.

We ship same day...100% of the time (except on weekends...when there is no postal service). Because we are known for same day shipping...we dont take the time to confirm that the order has been pulled, processed, and shipped. Its redundant. It says on our website that we ship same day...100% of the time. All you had to do was email a request for tracking information. There was no reason for your initial contact with us to be confrontational.

Because this is the first I've heard about you sending them. I've had no real communication from you at all since I don't count what appears to be an automated response to my completed checkout on your site. Am I supposed to just guess that you sent them since I'm not a psychic?

Its been 4 business days since you made your order.
I'm not sure you being confrontational with us is necessary.

I made a purchase from you on 1-3-14 in the amount of $89.50 with shipping and still have yet to hear from you other than an automated message that states that I paid for my order. Have you sent out my stuff yet or not? If I don't hear from you within 24 hours I'm going to start a reversal with paypal.
