Recently been purchasing from ABU lately. They ship very fast to Canada, faster than some of the canadian stores I purchase from. Very impressed with them, will order from them again in the future for those odd cards no one seems to have.
If you order over $300 (I think) it is free Fedex shipping to Canada. I got my duals in 2 days(!). No import taxes. If you're Canadian, these are the guys to buy from.
Amazing condition of cards, great customer service, FREE shipping. Will always buy from them. Plus the only real place to buy Duals (great rep) and graded cards!!

I'll add my voices here to the chorus praising ABU Games. I've dealt with all of the major retailers, and some are good for different purposes (SCG for the occasional under priced pre-order, for example) but I find ABU Games consistently has good, fair prices, ships quickly, and are very reasonable to deal with.
I had one experience where I did not receive a shipment and e-mailed them. It apparently had been sent to the wrong address -- not clear whose fault it was -- but once it came back they promptly let me know and re-sent it.
I don't agree with people on the pricing being high. If you're going for older good-but-not-all-stars that have not been barfed on by the speculators, ABU Games has a very good bulk rate of 0.19 cents to 0.25 cents on most cards. That's lower than any retailer with a comparable reputation.
I haven't ordered a ton from them, maybe two or three times. This is because their prices are higher.
But I've never been disappointed. I essentially come to them when they have stuff in stock no one else does (I don't ever remember them being out of stock of something I wanted). It's a bit more expensive, but they have everything you want.
My last order, I ordered a Shatterstorm, and they accidently sent Shatter. I mentionned it, and they send me a Shatterstorm.
For the first time ever, ABU just cancelled my previously accepted and confirmed buylist order, so they may have changed their policy on honoring their buylist prices. They used to be proud of not taking down their buylist as some stores do when prices change--if you completed and got confirmation of a buylist and sent it in according to their rules, they'd pay what had been offered. Now they seem to have a much shadier policy of cancelling confirmed buylist orders that prices are falling on.
Prices changing due to the market isn't a pricing error; this is similar to shops that decide to not sell a card as agreed when they were underpriced due to price spikes, choosing to refund and re-list at the higher price. While some might call it good business, it's horrible customer service--if you can't trust their sell price a store sets and maintains, why buy from that store? And in this case, if you can't trust a buylist they set and maintain, why sell to them?
Yeah it wasn't a big deal to me, but a while ago I sent them a bunch of various foil basic lands along with a couple other misc cards for buylist. They marked down every single land to played (not slightly played, and these are ones I considered NM). Didn't want the hassle of figuring out where to sell specific foil basics so just sold them, but definitely not putting in the work to do that again.
I just placed an order a week ago through these guys, I enjoyed the service and shipping was cheap! However over the last few days I have not been able to place an order because the option for USPS has vanished from the site? This is very annoying because FedEx is the only option, and I don't want to pay 10 dollars just for a few singles to be shipped.
I've tried multiple devices, I've tried multiple browsers, still no USPS. If they really removed USPS I can't shop there for singles anymore which is disappointing because that's mainly all I buy
So to all the USA mtg fans, is USPS missing at check out for you too?
Great story, but you may get better results if you copy and paste this into an email addressed to abugames. Also you should double check their shipping rules.
Love the attitude. It's actually not a story it's a kind request. I posted here because I wanted to purchase some cards tonight. I have already emailed them. You're telling me it's too outlandish to ask for someone to simply go to abugames and confirm this for me by clicking checkout?
I just ordered a few cards a week ago, no problems at all and they had USPS available which I used. It even states " USPS delivery times are not guaranteed " indirectly confirming USPS should be there.
3. Shipping policy and Shipping Rates.
The ABU cart calculates a selection of shipping options and costs based on your location and the contents of your cart. ABU does not accept self addressed stamped envelopes(SASE). Although it is very rare, some orders do get lost or damaged during transit. If you have chosen shipping through Fed-Ex and your order is lost or damaged, ABU will either send out a replacement order or give a refund. ABU cannot give a replacement or refund on lost or damaged shipments sent through USPS Mail. Orders shipped via Fed-Ex may require a signature when delivered.
I searched google and found a quote from abugames on twitter stating along the lines of " USPS is now available again " but this was in 2011.
Call them when they are open and see if you can figure it out on their end. Might be more helpful/faster IMO. They are open between 11-4PM MST for online orders and sales I think. The store itself is open from 12-6PM MST tomorrow.
Incase anyone else cares, they responded with no reason and no timeframe but they acknowledged the problem and responded quickly, they didn't say anything else. It has to be technical and if it is I sympathize with them because they are losing business.
Obviously if I was looking to purchase a 100 dollar + card I would go with fedex, but most of my single card purchases aren't expensive singles. USPS or not they have the best foil collection I can find for English magic in the USA.
I have never heard of this site, or seen anyone else talk about it. Has anyone had experience with this site? It has some foreign singles I would like to get that I cannot find at any store, so I would like to order from them. But I can't seem to find any reviews or such online. Also, I am not sure if they are solely a buylist website or if they actually sell Magic cards. Can I get some second opinions about this?

Regarding your comment "I have never heard of this site, or seen anyone else talk about it" and "can't seem to find any reviews or such online", may I suggest spending a little bit of time in the "Store Discussion" sub-forum? Plenty of reviews of ABU there, as well as other store's sites, it's a useful tool. http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/market-street/market-street-cafe/store-discussion
For my own two cents, I find ABU to be one of the higher priced stores out there, but can be very handy if what you're looking for is a little out of the ordinary or harder to find (like your foreign cards!). I use them frequently to buy gold-border cards to use as EDH proxies, since these cards can sometimes be hard to locate. I've probably bought 15 GB Wastelands from them over the years, at about $4-5 apiece, as well as half a dozen gold-borderd fetches, back before the Khans reprinting. Another reason I like ABU is that they frequently have nice quantities of foils. In all my EDH decks, I make sure that all the arts of basic lands are all foil, and all the SAME art. I recently needed 17 of the same foil Mountains from 7th edition; most sites I looked at didn't have more than 3-4 copies, but ABU had over 20.
Personally, I've spent between $200-$300 there, over about a half dozen seperate purchases, and never had a negative experience. Cards are shipped well-protected, and if they're listed as mint have always been mint. Have no fear about dealing with one of the largest sellers in the industry. There's always a chance a transaction could go negative, but in terms of their reputation and standing in the industry, they're pretty much up there with the big guys like Star City, Troll and Toad, and Channel Fireball.
I encountered a single issue in over a decade and in that case, they let shipped me wrong version of a card and ended up telling me to keep it AND they sent the right one out as a replacement immediately.
I predict you will be...thrilled? with their service.

Superb card quality. When they say slightly played they mean NM, and when they say NM they mean flawless.
Good customer service. I've asked them to update their buy list and gotten a response on the same day with the updated prices. Can't ask for more tbh.
Absolutely killer selection of cards. Foreign, promos, foils, rare cards, etc... Sometimes they're bought out but hey who isn't.
above average prices. Very rarely will you find something at ABU for less than what you could find on TCG.
Usually I used ABU as a secondary cart for cards I can't get lumped in with larger TCG packages.
Really love this store.
