I don't have any hard numbers on this, but I'm targeted more often than a black guy driving a beat-up sedan with a broken tail-light and no license plate, and Cy's well aware of that.
I have bought quite a few singles from Strikezone through ebay and through their site.
Singles bought through ebay (as recent as 2 weeks ago) often have the added bonus of free shipping, and are among the fastest cards I have received in the mail matched by Starcity in terms of timeliness. Very happy with my ebay purchases. Living in Canada I get burned by the shipping times but am patient, always nice to receive cards in 1 week rather than 3.
The ones purchased through the website were from a year or two ago also accurate and fairly timely. The only downside is for some reason instead of going to my mailbox, they needed to be picked up from a local mail center where I had to pay additional local general/provincial taxes (which isn't cheap sometimes). I am not sure if they were declared differently or got audited by customs or what have you, but 2/2 times I ordered through the site, I had to pay extra. I order online frequently from a lot of random places and ebay accounts, these are the only times I have had to pay additional taxes.
That being said no major problems or concerns over Strikezone. Cards come as advertised, with no weird discrepancies. I will and have been ordering from them again.
I have to chime in, I like this shop it typically has competitive prices and fast shipping. They're centered in Texas though so fast shipping to me is a no-brainier. However I'm never been unhappy with their transactions and think they are a good shop for Midwest/west coast buyers who need cards by the end of the week.
I've just made my first order with Strikezone. They seem to have the best selection of foil cards next to Starcity, and they ship internationally for free (I live in New Zealand).
I'll update when I get my cards!
Update
Just received my cards from Strikezone Online. Got them delivered in New Zealand just under a week after they shipped. All of the cards were present, and in the conditions described. I will not hesitate to buy from them again (in fact I've just placed another order!)
I've recently ordered from them and found that they were quick and efficient. The cards were in great condition as well! Pleasant experience all around =)
I use StrikeZone frequently and HIGHLY recommend it. Their online buying and selling system is quite easy to use and their reporting system is quite efficient. You receive e-mails when the cards are received and approved. Just make sure your cards are in NM/MINT condition because they will not accept played cards unless otherwise stated. Paypal payments usually go out within a week (14 days is the longest, as their web site states). The cards I've purchased from StrikeZone are always in NM/MINT condition (I've never bought a lower condition). A++ for their well organized, excellently managed, and superbly efficient business!
And another note: I just recently purchased a bunch of FOILS from them and had mis-clicked one card which came to me as a non-FOIL. I e-mailed them about the mis-click and they've e-mailed back authorizing me to send the card back and use it towards credit for the correct card I wanted. Thanks!
I buy their stuff on ebay very regularly and have always been happy, out of probably 10 purchases or so I have found nothing at all to complain about. I also sold and bought some cards from them at a 5k event a while back, and they seemed nice, had a good selection, and the buy and sell pricing was good.
i've sold card to them 2x, and both times, they have taken a while to paypal me the money after grading and "completing" the order.
but they included a very nice piece of mail, with one card that wasn't in good enough condition to buy, which was nice...
In my experience, MTGFanatic sometimes behaves like this as well.
yet, you do get paid, so I suppose it's OK if you're not in a rush and if the offer prices are alright (I open several tabs and compare several stores' offer prices whenever I sell.)
I haven't sold to Strikezone yet, but they had good offer prices on some of my M11 stuff; that deal is still in progress
Hi all, I just ordered a big shipment from Strikezone of a bunch of legacy goodies (Moat, 4 Underground sea etc). And was pretty happy with what I got (Moat in beautiful NM condition and only $225US!). BUT, I was a bit disappointed with the off-centre duals I received. Does anyone know if this is still classified as NM (The cards are in very good condition) but particularly two are incredibly off-centre. I imagine this effects price but does it affect how you classify the card (NM etc). As that's how they were listed. I'm not sure whether I should complain/bring the issue up as I don't want to sound silly, but yeah to me, if it's NM it should be properly printed (or very close to it) and be in very good condition. (Hope reposting it here is not some kind of violation).

Near Mint cards should be well centered, don't know what they use for their criteria, but you should definitely throw them an email about it before it's too late.

Hey, lolis with katanas are awesome, and I don't care about their home country.
I did that, now just waiting on their reply: (for anyone interested, this is what I wrote)
Hi Dustin,
I just wanted to say the Moat was amazing! Really great condition, and the shipping was super fast (plus I'm glad I bought the insurance you offered).
Anyway, to the not so good stuff. While the majority of the cards were NM+ I was a bit unhappy with a few cards. Some of them are uncommons which I'm sure have seen a bit of play (I'm not that worried about cards like Spell Snare and Threads of Disloyalty as you offered very good prices and they're not below NM-). Anyway, the cards I'm particularly unhappy with are the Umezawa's Jitte (the irony being I bought from you to replace one that wasn't in much worse condition than the one you sent) and a few of the Unlimited Dual lands. While the condition (wear) of the dual lands is wonderful, the centring on a few of them is terrible (one Underground Sea and one Scrubland in particular). Anyway, like I said I was really happy with the Moat (which was the most important thing) but I wasn't happy with these others I mentioned. Not sure what can be done about it but if you have a suggestion that would be great (ideally I'd really like to exchange them for cards that are NM/centred etc) but not sure what the best way is to do that, and am open to alternative suggestions.
I just want to make a note: I am form Canada and I placed an order on the 6th of september and its still not here...... It says it should be here two days ago according to their estimated shipping time of 10-14 days....

Customs plays a hand in a lot of orders to Canada from the US. Wait another week before you get too anxious, as that's how long the shipping period usually extends due to a customs check. (At least from personal experience).

Good store, meet them in person at local big events.
They have competitively priced eternal staples considering they are a retail store (i.e. these stores usually hoard eternal staples at ridiculously high prices but SZO has them quite competitively to consider buying them)

I like designing decks and I am primarily a control player. Using Drain to fight Workshops is like using Exclude to fight Dark Confidant.
I ordered a stack of cube stuff from strikezoneonline a few weeks back. It turned up in Tokyo in just over a week using their free shipping and everything was in perfect condition. The only issue was that the order was missing 1 x Sarcomancy (which was easy to spot as they kindly include a print out of the order with the cards ). I emailed them and the Sarcomancy turned within a week.
All in all, an excellent shop to deal with
I'd just like to add my satisfaction to the pile. I've sold to them about a dozen times, with the highest total being about $700. They've generally paid quickly and haven't been too anal about condition, so I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell.
I just recently placed an order with them, and despite the lengthy mailing time attributed to international shipping and customs, it was most definitely worth it. The cards were all literally fresh out of the pack. And out of the three online stores I've purchased at, their packaging was by far the best. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.
I highly recommend this vendor! Dustin is one of the most fair and efficient dealers I have ever dealt with. Card conditions are always excellent, orders come fast, packing is great!
Cruzron, I would say and if you have an issue and they haven't responded to your email then I would give them a call. It's possible the email got lost in the shuffle. No one's perfect and sometimes communication snafu's can happen when dealing with any company.
Just wanted to add in my satisfaction with them. I usually buy foils for my cube and such and all of their foils are usually leagues below other websites, free shipping on big orders is also really great!

Want to Cube but don't have one? Check the map if anyone is in your area and get cubing!
I've made several eBay purchases from these guys. Most go fine, but when there is an issue they do not respond to any emails or messages through eBay. At all. I tried contacting them 4 times regarding cards they never sent, and even included messages in the "notes" section of later orders I placed with them. No response to anything. The only way to get them to do anything seems to be a Paypal dispute.

If you send an ebay message and get no response, and try again and get no response, when in doubt, CALL THEM.
It took me 5 seconds to punch in their website and click on the contact us link and right there is a phone number to call them.
Its true, they should respond to ebay messages and such, however if they dont, then as I said, try calling them, 99% of the time, if you try to call an online store business, they will answer and will resolve your issue quickly (or at least has been my experience.)
Just a suggestion though, I personally wouldnt resort to a paypal dispute if there was a quick and easy way to get ahold of them by phone, and only start a dispute if there was no response there as well.
