KTK is going to be opened a ton, and probably redeemed a ton, so the rares will drop in value, yes they are played in non rotating formats, but i think there will be a lot opened, so the price should mirror other rare lands
fetchlands will bring people into non rotating formats, so the prices of "older" cards should go up over time barring reprints
Agree with the general sentiment in here - 3-5 is probably where they will stabilize. I think their low pricing will encourage demand for dual lands, which are already considerably low due to the VMA supply influx.
