I have two Mox Sapphires I opened in drafts early on. I've been holding them thinking they would rise long term. Should I just get out now? Is there any support for this format?
Vintage sux and there will be no significant support for this format. Nothertheless, dont sell your moxes. They are at the bottom right now and its a cinch they will cost more in 4-5 months. Maybe not very much more, but still. Though if you need money now - up to you.
WotC clearly want paper Vintage to be replaced by online Vintage, and probably the same with Legacy, but they haven't quite got the client good enough for it to appeal to paper players.
Moxen are also banned in the 'casual formats' (even ones like Commander that allow more broken cards like Sol Ring) because of paper affordability issues. If anything changes on this front, I think Moxen will have some increased demand. Maybe not immediately, but over time (as the client improves and starts to attract some of the casual players back).
Should I pick up a set PRM Moxen? I know PRM are hard to sell but I probably want to play with them and I only need 1 each for Vintage right? This is probably a long term thing since Vintage isn't super popular but could be?
