What artist signatures really add value to a card? I know there's obviously Chris Rush since he's passed away and Jason Chan almost never signs cards. What are some others? I'm in the process of selling a large lot of signed cards and I'd like to make sure I'm not underselling anything.

Ummm. In broad terms, you're looking at older artists like Melissa Benson who didn't sign much or charged for sigs much earlier than was normal. Faye Jones apparently didn't take well to the constant criticism of Stasis. Quinton Hoover, Wayne England, and Glen Angus also passed before their time. Michael Komarck doesn't sign much.
If you have a list of artists who've signed your cards, it'll be easier than me going back through 25 years of art and pulling names out of a hat.

Speaking of, what roughly is the premium for Rush's signature? I'm seeing Su-Chis on eBay for like $75

Rebecca Guay is the only one that I'm seeing that has a legion of fans and doesn't sign much anymore.
I don't see Yeong Hao-Han's name come up at events, and Chris Rahn may be far too busy these days. Cynthia Sheppard never returned the cards I asked her to sign, so ... *shrug*
Those three are the ones that I'd bump up a bit, plus of course Rebecca. Most of the rest appear frequently and sign anything for a buck (no knock on them, it is how it is), so I'd say you could maybe ask a buck more for each of them.
As far as Chris Rush's signatures, I'm not really sure. There aren't really that many prices on Su-Chi, and I think that the guy who's asking $75 is going to be waiting a while on that. The next time I'm at a GP featuring "the art of Christopher Rush", I'll check and see what things are going for, but I'm not in the market myself anymore.

I know many of those artists have signed through the mail (Alexander, Nielsen, Venters), and some of the others might.
I heard someone estimate a signed Force of Will at $100 rather than $80, but I'm not sure how much truth there is to that, and that might be an outlier because it's such a high end card.
Currently at SDCC - Terese Nielsen is here signing cards and I was trying to decide if I should have her sign the exclusives. I don’t see anyone selling her signed cards, but I’m not sure if it would add much value.

Have her sign whatever you want signed. When it's someone like Jae Lee, who pretty much only shows up as SDCC, that's one thing, but everyone knows Terese, and she comes to big events relatively frequently. Relative to the cost of the PWs, her signature will not add significant value.
Next time I see her, I'm going to have her sign some book covers that she did.
