I'm selling this card and I feel its near mint, its not perfect but very close.
The front is Gorgeous, the back has 6 tiny one dots along outer edge.
From those photos, sure, I'd call it NM. You're not advertising as gem mint - a couple minute imperfections are allowed. That said, it comes with the usual caveat of "better photos get you more accurate grading".
Are you considering a private sale, or a sale to a store?

If you call it NM, include pictures or scans (better option). I'd call it SP based on the back because I wouldn't want to fight over condition and some people are very picky about that sort of thing. Including pictures with your listing will help preempt disputes both before and after the sale.

Sadly it's better to say it's SP, but praising the clear front. People who really care about NM/M cards will be really annoyed by those small blemishes. They'd complain about the back if you list it as NM. To them both sides should be NM if you charge the NM premium price.
People who don't care much about condition, buying this SP that is very close to NM would be considered a plus.
Just be really descriptive of the condition, so you get the right customer that will pay the right price for your card.
