I have decided to sell my EDH/Commander deck to try and break into modern; I posted the deck for sale on criagslist, my local facebook MTG group, and MTG Trading Post on Facebook. Where do you guys fine safe and fair sales for whole decks online? I don't wanna part it out, which seems to be what most people in those groups want.

You can also try to sell it here and Ebay.
One major problem with selling decks (and EDH decks especially) is that very few people need every single card you're selling. So you're going to have to take a pretty big loss in order to move it. As a general rule selling a full deck will lose you 1/3 of the value of the deck. You're better off trying to sell the valuable singles or trading into what you need.
If you're in a hurry and don't care about lost value, put up a very low buy number and you'll probably get a hit or vendor the deck.

This is pretty much the heart of the matter. Your deck may be awesome and foiled out, but that actually makes it worse. If I already have a foil Sol Ring, I probably won't feel the need to buy another at full price. Your market then becomes people who want to play that exact deck exactly as it is, and most EDH players don't want to just buy a deck, they want to carefully and lovingly sculpt a work of unique art.

Best of luck, but I think you're still going to have trouble for the above reasons. Parting it out takes more time and effort, but you can probably get more out of fewer cards than you would selling the deck whole.
Just out of curiosity, what kinds of things are in it? If you've got a foiled out deck full of old power cards, you're almost certainly not going to be able to sell it whole. If it's more like precon plus upgrades out of stuff printed in the last few years, you might have more luck. Mostly because a lower cost deck could at least provide someone an entry into format. I'm guessing it's somewhere in between those two extremes, which limits your target audience quite a bit.

Looking at the deck, I'd personally be interested in a dozen or so cards, with everything else being extra chaff (but good chaff in many cases). The one thing I see in terms of selling it is that it may be a little advanced for a beginner to navigate, and experienced EDH players (as stated above) likely already have the bulk of this deck, or the pieces they want.
TCG low is ~$230. If you were to get $200, I'd say you did good. A few of the lands & others will be useful in modern, so it might end up being a wash to lose value selling and buying pieces of different colors.
I'd say that you're actually in the best position in terms of being able to sell it whole. You've got a strong manabase which is ALWAYS useful, it's not dripping with expensive cards, and it's not foiled out. If I were an EDH player who wanted to build a Brago deck, buying this as a "precon" would be a good way to just get there. Does your FLGS have an EDH night? If so, take the deck there and play it a few times to show it off, then mention that you're looking to trade it into pieces of Grixis Control (or Affinity, or whatever you're trying to build). Work out a deal with your shopkeeper to leave it in the case - maybe the store takes 10% if the deck sells.

trade it for the modern cards you need. You're likely to find someone with a big modern collection whose up for trading something like a set of snapcasters for the entire deck.
