I've been on the fence about this for awhile so I thought I'd get the public's opinion.
One friend thinks that the prices of the zendekar expeditions is going the go up slowly but surely until the hit stupid prices.
The other friend feels like they might raise a little after they fall out of circulation but will pretty much sit there after that.
I can see ether one happening but I think I lean more toward the later of the 2. what are your opinions?
Based on other limited print special edition whatnots, the price will trend upwards until it plateaus. Depending on your definition of "stupid prices", they may get there, or they may not (or they may already be there). I'd say that ridiculously useful lands, like the fetches, are more likely to be in higher demand, and the spread will increase more between them and lands that are merely collector's items. All of the Expedition lands see some play somewhere, but Kor Haven, for example, is pretty much EDH-only and isn't even an auto-include in its color. That will tend to trend up pretty sluggishly. So there is no one answer to how they'll trend, but "up" is the right direction.
