What do you guys think is the long term market value of the entire set of Ugin's Fate Promos? I want to complete the set and I believe it's something unique and low print run enough while being hard to reprint with the specific art at least to hold and gain value. What are your thoughts?

Let's get this out of the way first - it's not about the art.
The value in the Ugin's Fate set comes from the fact that it's an extremely limited-edition print run, and a pain to put together. WOTC could easily reprint those cards with those arts in the next Commander product, and nobody would care (well, Ugin might dip a little). It's a set pretty much entirely for collectors, since the playability of the non-Ugin cards (now that Mastery of the Unseen has rotated out of Standard) is quite low. So, you're gambling on WOTC's ability to continue to appeal to completionist collectors. Personally, I don't think that they're doing a very good job of that - I used to be one, and now I just can't keep up. But there are a lot of people with pockets a lot deeper than mine who see the new challenge and like it. So there's your good news - your target market is rich.
In the end, most of the set is really cheap. You've got 2 uncommons that command a price over a dollar, you've got 7 rares between 3 and 5, and then there's Ugin, who's down around 125. He's literally 75% of the value in the set; the rest is essentially window dressing, and Ugin will probably follow the Book Jace path (and may do better because he's a dragon as well as a planeswalker). You won't go wrong if you pick up the whole set, since there's just not that much value to lose.

My thoughts exactly. Thank you for the in depth answer. I figured it's something extremely limited in comparison and very affordable once you have Ugin (which I traded a goyf for awhile back).

If you're looking at Ugin's Fate, don't neglect Tarkir Dragonfury. The Evolving Wilds will probably be the pimpest version you can find, and it's currently an easy pickup for a buck or two. A good thing to sock away for a few years.

Oh yeah good idea. I was that guy that managed to knock enough points down to get 1 of each of the promos, so I'm going to get those tucked away too. Maybe if they're cheap I'll get a playset of each just in case.

The Tarkir Dragonfury promos are all pretty cheap and available. The green Dragon (I can't even remember the name right now) might be a decent pickup, since there will always be Dragon collectors, but these are plentiful and available now, so you're going to have to wait a long time on that investment.
