How much are current BFZ/OGW Eldrazi prices influenced by Standard? Referring to cards like Emrakul, Ulamog The Ceaseless Hunger, Thought-Knot Seer... I wonder if their prices will drop significantly after rotating out of Standard.

Emrakul? Presumably you mean Kozilek. Well, Koz is only $5 now, and Thought-knot about $6.50. They'll probably drop, but it's hard to say if any drop would be "significant" when you're talking about $5-6 cards to begin with. I doubt either will fall much below $3-$4.
Big fatties like Ulamog will always have a place in EDH, but he's not particularly a dominant force in that format (which happens to be the only format I play, so I'd know if I was seeing him there). He's $13 now, so I could see him dropping to $7 +/- a dollar. I guess it would depend on his Modern application, to which I can't speak.

Thanks, that's what I wanted to know. Ulamog is seeing a lot of play in Modern Tron right now, so if he's not used much in Standard, I assume his current price is mostly driven by Modern. I don't think EDH has much influence on prices?
Are TKS, Kozilek's Return, and World Breaker relevant in Standard? They are $8 to $10 canadian dollars a piece, so end up being ~$35-40 for a playset. So before paying ~$100 for some of these for my Tron, I want to see if that money will get flushed down the drain after Standard rotation.

EDH has a significant impact on prices. It's somewhat less obvious for cards printed in the last 3 or 4 years but they do have a ton of impact. Look at all of the Praetors from the New Phyrexia set. Additionally, they really target foils.
For TKS, Koz Return and World Breaker, they just need a bit of oomph to get them over the top. Personally I see World breaker being awesome in RG tron and I'm surprised it hasn't shown up more there yet. TKS I don't think has a home in Modern anymore. Kozilek's Return suffers from a major problem in that it costs 3 mana (one of which is colored). In the Tron deck, you really need to be spending your turn two (especially on the draw) killing your opponents board. On the play you can use turn 3 to do that, but there are probably other things you'd rather be doing.
EDH has a strong bearing on price for older cards, but rarely do EDH staple cards fall victim to rapid price fluctuations, either up or down. Since it's a casual format with many, many, viable decks, you don't see the spikes in prices that a standard or modern card is subject to when it makes a big splash at a tournament. Rather, EDH staples have a slow and steady climb. Right now I wouldn't consider any standard Eldrazi an EDH staple.

GR Tron card choice is off-topic for this thread, but...
I tend to agree on Kozilek's Return being one turn late (and hence Pyroclasm being the popular choice), but 3 of the recent best tournament results by Tron ran 2-3 Kozilek's Return (Brandon Rivet's 1st place at SCG States Edmonton, Jeff Hall's 2nd place at SCG States Knoxville, Andreetti Luca's 2nd place at DZ Series Modern Empoli).
TKS is very popular in post-Eye of Ugin builds with Eldrazi Temples. I wasn't a huge fan of TKS on paper, until I tried it... Turns out it does work, and I'm liking it better than World Breaker, which felt underwhelming first time I tried it, though I only played with World Breaker one night so far, need to test more...

So how much the prices of the aforementioned cards are driven by Standard?
For cards that are standard legal, it drives the great majority of the card's price. It's kind of hard to say though, because if a card is doing well in Modern, it's likely among the most expensive cards in standard. See: jace, Vryn's Prodigy or Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet. EDH staples on the other hand, have very little bearing on standard legal card prices. See: The Gitrog Monster
Hey all, I'm also wondering when the best time to shift my Eldrazi would be. I will be playing WB Eldrazi at a GP in 2 weeks but after that would be looking at selling/trading Reality Smashers and Thought-Knot Seers for their current value. However, I would want to buy them back post rotation to play them in casual Modern. I'm wondering if this will be worth my time or if TKS and RS are popular enough to stay at $6 and $4 respectively even after rotation.

Given transaction costs, Smashers and Thought-Knots just aren't expensive enough now to do the "sell and rebuy" dance. They'll maybe lose $2 on rotation (obvious Modern and Legacy cards don't plummet anymore, and they're not too expensive right now), so you're gambling that they don't take off in Modern with the payoff being $15 (minus fees)? That doesn't really seem like a good deal. If you can trade them at value, that's better, but I still feel like they're a solid hold, especially with the Eldrazi deck still reeling from having its eyesgouged out.
