Every time somebody streams with Flagstones and Ghost Quarters in the same deck (and I se it) the cards overperform, fixing mana and playing well. I've seen them in few different WB-shells, RW-shells, in Naya-Zoo and in Martyr. Out of them only the Zoo deck had to sacrifice something to fit the card in.
When those decks see play, the demand for Flagstones will go up. If people stop playing them, the price will drop. There's pretty small supply so even little play will mean high prices.
After all that if Flagstones are not played at the PT, I expect the card to drop a bit. I actually listed my extras on sale this week, hedging my bets.
Had to pick up mine from Germany and Turkey on eBay lol

chalice of the void was bought out from tcg within the last ten minutes due to the eldrazi decks playing it in the protour, mainly a turn 1 chalice via simian spirit guide against burn.

Just saw discussion on the Modern pro tour and went to look at what Chalice was going for and...
Uh, where are all the Chalices?
From what I can tell, eBay, TCGPlayer and Amazon are blanked except for a foil here and there. I checked some of my local shops and a few fringe shops I know of and they're out too.
I had a deep breath of relief when I saw I still have a playset in my binder.
Not sure if this was another buyout or what.
EDIT: TCGPlayer had 3-4 sellers showing up, but at crazy high prices.
I always thought this card was one of the best looking foils in Magic history. I hope that deck turns out to be real as I have more than a few of these just from opening AVR packs.
Every part of the colorless and UR Eldrazi decks from the pro tour is spiking, getting sold out, or primed to do so.
I'm watching the answers. Ensnaring bridge doesn't seem to have much upside , since it is already nutso, but Meekstone might have upside. Magus of the Moat may also be a good idea.
WotC needs to reprint Retribution of the Meek in a big, big way.

Playing millions of cards every turn... Slowly and systematically obliterating any chance my opponent has of winning... Clicking the multitude of locking mechanisms into place... Not even trying to win myself until turn 10+ once I have nigh absolute control... Watching my opponent desperately trying to navigate the labyrinthine prison that I've constructed... Seeing the light of hope fade and ultimately extinguished in an excruciatingly slow manner... THAT'S fun Magic.
We have 2-3 users that are dramatically making this thread incomprehensible and non-productive for anyone else to possibly join in the discussion. This needs to change.
Every time I see [ktkenshinx] post in here, I get the impression of a stern dad walking in on a bunch of kids trying to do something dumb and just shaking his head in disappointment.
Near Mint: The same as Slightly Played, but we threw some Altoids in the box we stored it in to cover up the scent of dead mice. Slightly Played: The base condition for all MTG cards. This card looks OK, but there’s one minor annoying ding in it that will always irritate and distract you whenever you draw it. Moderately Played: This card looks like it survived the Tet Offensive tucked inside the waistband of GI underwear. It may smell like it, too. Heavily Played: This card looks like the remains of Mohammed Atta’s passport after 9/11. It may be playable if you double-sleeve it to stop the chunks from falling out. The condition formerly known as "Washing Machine Grade" Damaged: This card is the unfortunate victim of a Mirrorweave/March of the Machines/Chaos Confetti/Mindslaver combo.
[M]aking counterfeit cards is the absolute height of dishonesty. Ask yourself this question: Since most people...are totally cool with the use of proxies...what purpose do [high] quality counterfeit cards serve?
Lol has any one looked at Simian spirit guide? Mostly sold out on tcg, there are a few copies repriced for $20, I think it'll stabilize around $15 until eldrazi bans
SSG, Worship, Gemstone Caverns....they all seemed like bulk not too long ago...I traded them all away on the cheap...I hate this game sometimes...:frown:

Takeaway: never get rid of cheap stuff. You don't get much for it, and it has huge upside potential.
I hope I am not making a mistake (and yes, this could also go in the Puca Trade thread)... I just traded away a foil Joiner Adept (5th Dawn version) for about 460 points, which is roughly $5.60.

Any thoughts if it will go above this?
I think you have that backwards. 460 PP is about $3.22. That's TCGLow right now. I can't image she wouldn't have more room for growth.

I hate Modern, love Modern season. Blinkmoth Nexus! Woot! If you want something from MM15, I'd advise getting it sooner rather than later.
