The price tick for all is probably related to Atraxa tbh. A lot of people hearing there is a good pre-con set... so they head out to their local game shop, target, walmart and look for it.... they don't find it so they just look at the others out of desperation to walk away with something. I have seen it before with so many other pre-cons, this is probably the same. Just desperation to walk away with something, when you can't walk away with the best on an impulse buy trip
Should I buy commander 2016 precons or wait for reprint? They seem to be slowly creeping up in price even the non-atraxa versions.
For what purpose? You're probably better off just picking up singles (unless you can get them at MSRP) - grab the commander(s) of your choice and go to town building what you want. The Commander decks are a decent deal out of the box, and they're usually at least vaguely playable as-is. If you're looking to flip decks for a profit, I can't help you.
It's not that I don't want to; it's that it really will depend on local availability.

Well I was mostly interested to make a Gay kings deck and fairly big chuck of the precon deck's is something I want to use. If you compare the prices of singles vs the whole deck at mcm the cost is 15.75e for singles and start price for whole precon is 13,99e

In that case, I'd just pick up the precon. It's not going to fall much beyond 14 euros. And, as a bonus, you'd be able to play right away rather than waiting.

EDH/Commander is a social format, right? So why don't people use their social skills to discuss what they like and don't like, instead of adopting a list with 60+ banned cards?
I'm skeptical of this one. There are tons of these still available for $8.
If you could get them for $2-3 a week ago it's still a significant jump. It looks like someone is buying them out (very sharp spike with no recent tournament results or spoiled cards that could motivate it, at least not that I'm aware of), so they should drop pretty rapidly over the next couple weeks.

Honestly there is no realistic way to evaluate the price on the card at the moment. The market price on tcgplayer shows $4.84, and the recent completed listings on ebay today show it selling out at no higher than around $5 per card. Could we see the card end up at, say $10? Certainly possible. Will the card stick at $20 at all? I very highly doubt it. Its a good card, don't get me wrong, but none of the current English prices for the card as they are currently available since the buyout really mean anything until more stock begins to sift back into the market as with all such instances of buyouts and the like, like this.
I would give it a week and see where we are at then. In the meantime I suppose it could certainly help the sales of the Spirits Commander deck as people look to find cheaper ways to acquire the card until the market balances back out again.
Can't find a foil anywhere. Shame, I could have used him in my foiled out Ezuri deck.
Regular ones have gone from $3.50ish to $16 in the last 45 minutes.
I checked for foils as soon as I saw the announcement, about 30 minutes after it went live, and they were already gone. If you weren't obsessively reloading the mtgcommander page or extremely lucky in your timing you were pretty much out of luck.

So, what the heck is going on with Crucible of Worlds? Not just any Crucible - it's the Kaladesh Invention that seems to have gone through the roof. Why the sudden run on the ultra-premium version, and no real movement on the judge foil or the pack foils? I'm not even sure if this is the right topic, but it was either post here or make a new thread, and I figured that shiny card = EDH

Does it? I thouhgt it just indicates that PWs in the future might be legendary? But maybe i got it from a wrong source, do you have a link to the leak please?
Well, there's just those leaks of the upcoming legendary PWs but this led to speculation that PWs may get a rules overhaul to match the current legend rules and it would be really weird rule-wise to have new PWs be legendary and old ones not.
Even if only the new PWs have legendary, this still means Sisay can fetch PWs going forward.
What on earth happened in the last couple of day to Magus of the Wheel? It's going for $19.99 on TCGplayer at the moment and Ebay has one at cheapest for $12.89 at cheapest for an english copy.

Probably The Locust God. Wheel effects are kind of awesome when they come with 7 1/1 flyers, and the new Gods are more comboriffic for EDH than the AMK Gods.

The leaks from Ixalan indicates that PWs may be errata'd to have Legendary supertype.
