I found an amazing deal from a reputable seller for Urzas destiny booster packs. They are $22 at TcG mid and I can buy them for $14 a piece. A size able savings 40%. Should I buy a few or maybe even a box for $500 and trade it away? If I were to walk into my LgS with that do you think it would be easy to trade or people would be more like well there are some $50 cards however I don't really need them or want to trade for the gamble? Good thing for trade or no? Not really interested in holding onto them for years even though I'm sure they will continue to rise in value.
Sealed boosters do keep their price pretty well, but they can be hard to move unless you are a store with lot of regulars, who are into cracking old packs (which is usually a big gamble). For UD there are two rares (barely) worth over the 14$ pack price and the foil distribution was much lower. Foil rares were about 1 in 4 boxes. You will not find them easy to trade, except to people who don't know better and want to crack them, and then you can expect people feeling bad about the trades. So unless you are trading to a sealed booster collector or for chaos drafts, they are pretty bad trade items.
So buying these to crack is a losing proposition, but buying to hold and selling to booster collectors or for people having a chaos drafts, 14$ is a good price if you are willing to wait a bit or have a very active player community. You should be able to sell these locally for 20$ without fees in that case.
As for a box if you can get a sealed box at 500$ it's a nice price. Note that if you sell it through eBay you will most likely not make any profit, as fees eat it all. But I suggest checking the completed auctions for the UD boxes as I haven't kept up with the prices lately. Just note that there aren't that many boxes moving these days. SCG pays 400$ for sealed boxes (500$ in store credit) so that's propably where the sellers price comes from.
In the end I would propably go for a box, but I do collect sealed boosters and like to have some premium trade material, as UD sealed product is getting scarcer and rarer all the time, so the value of sealed product will keep on going up. Luckily these weren't Urza's Legacy... There's just one rare worth the pack and most of the foils rares are also very cheap.
$14 still seems like a lot for Urza's Destiny, regardless of what the average price is. I'm not sure why you think someone would "trade for a gamble", when the best they can reasonably assume to pull is making a slight profit by getting a metalworker, since it's definitely unreasonable to think you'll get something like a foil Rofellos, but that doesn't stop packs from getting hyperinflated. I'd just use the money to buy actual cards from the set, since you'll make more money that way in the long term.

I think it really depends on your local store. These days, a lot of people can do the math and realize that they're not going to get their money back. If you're not interested in holding on to them for years, then sinking $500 is not an investment I'd make. Go buy a Judge Force of Will or some foil fetchlands. They'll be a lot easier to move. Moving old sealed product takes a lot of work.

Yeah I was thinking that. It would be a hard trade. Yeah if I could trade 3 of them for a snapcaster that would be great and save me some $$ but not that much and then they might not want them. Which would mean I sank money into something I can't use instead of just straight up buying the snapcaster. How useful is puca trade? I've heard some good things and some in development things. I have a ton of dollar rares I would love to trade but shipping cost concern me. 45 cents for a stamp on a dollar rare doesn't seem great. And how many people actually will take my stuff I don't want? Or maybe a destiny booster pack?

Yep - that's pretty much the argument right there. Just buy the Snapcaster.
As for Puca, I can't comment - I don't use it.

Puca is pretty good. I think your goal would be to add all your collection you want to part with (common, uncommon and foil in addition to the rares) then use the quick match function to see the traders that want the most of what you have to offer. You should be able to rack up enough for a snapcaster in no time.
Good luck on your decision with the UD packs; I think the other posters hit it right on the head.
