These are all over TCG player for $5.50. Usually "keep or dump" posts pertain to valuable cards, or NEW cards that have a lot of hype around them but are untested/unproven. But even older foil versions like M10 and M11 are only worth $9 or $8 respectively, so if you're thinking of keeping because you're afraid of short selling, don't worry about that, it took 5 years and the card is still in single digits. It's ceiling isn't much higher.
But as far as selling it, how badly do you need 5 bucks? May as well hold on to it.
The advice is still the same. How badly do you need 5 bucks? What "hype"? If a $5.50 card crashes and loses 80% of its value, you've missed out on $4. Do you really need help making a $4 decision? Will you really be concerned if you missed the window if your $5.50 card sinks to $1.50? In all likelihood the card will drop another buck or two as more of MM15 gets opened, which makes the keep or dump question even more of a non-issue than in my hypothetical 80% plunge.
This isn't a brand new $35 Planeswalkers we're talking about that could soar to $50 or plummet to $6. The card will always be playable, but I think history has shown that recent and numerous printings puts it in a $3-$9 range ($3 being the Fire and Lightning version, $9 being the M10 version) to which this particular version sits right in the middle. There's no hype around this card, but it's unlikely to see either a significant rise or drop.
