I have a foil set of kamigawa that i put together through its release on.Ive kept through the years but wondering if i should sale it or keep it for some of the stronger valued cards in it.As it is now its the bulk of my collection. Im interested in other cards like a workshop or candelabra of tawnos. Shouls i keep or move?

To be precise, do you mean Champions of Kamigawa? Or the entire Kamigawa block?
Either way, it really depends on you. You're listing pretty high-end cards in your wants, so selling a foil set should get you a copy of one of them. I don't really know what the ceiling is on these foils - Jitte just jumped absurdly last year, and solid legendary creatures like Azusa can also be hefty. However, Modern Masters I really kicked Kiki-Jiki in the pants, so the foils may not *just* be on an upward trajectory. If you can trade/sell the set(s) and put that towards powerful reserve list cards, I would do that.

I'm sorry. .Champions of Kamigawa only
Okay, so your valuable cards are Top, Azusa, Kiki-Jiki (still, just not as much), the Dragons, Azami, Through the Breach, Glimpse of Nature, and then you're getting into relatively lowball cards. I'd be fine trading off that stuff in order to get your expensive Vintage cards. If this foil set is, as you say, the bulk of your collection, then you don't seem like a collector, which says to me that you don't intrinsically value the set more than as the sum of its parts.
You'll probably have better luck breaking up the set and selling the high-end cards individually. There are very few people in the market for an entire foil set of Champions, but a lot of people (myself included) could use one or two cards from the set.
Really, your best bet is probably to hold on to the lowball legends. They're the ones that will give you lower return on the effort of selling them, and with EDH being what it is, they've got the best chance at spiking someday.
Good luck!
