Prices for most cards that don't see a lot of Modern/Legacy/Commander/Casual play will drop a lot (and already have started dropping). We already know which cards currently see a good amount of play in Modern/Legacy (the Shocklands, Sphinx's Revelation, Supreme Verdict, Lotleth Troll, Abrupt Decay) and there are some more potential "hidden gems" that will rise in popularity.
A lot of the mythics will actually not lose too much value since they have mostly casual and/or Commander appeal, especially potential Commanders, Planeswalkers and huge, cool monsters, like mythic dragons.
Those are just my predictions, of course, but that's what usually happens. It's always hard to tell on a card-by-card basis, so see it more as a general rule of thumb.
Sphinx's rev is only played as a one of in a single deck: UWR. Not exactly a staple. I'm also not seeing lotleth troll in enough viable decks to label it as a staple either
