I highly recommend waiting until rotation to buy Nissa when she dips to sub-20 like most walkers. Rotation is going to be really aggro heavy for a month or so and she doesn't really fit too well in a meta where you want to win by turn 4 or be set up to deal lethal in the next turn.
Any speculation on whether I should sell Nissa and Ajani sooner rather than later?
Ajani sees no play yet still command a high price, people are waiting for KTK to see if Ajani is playable, which even if Ajani does find a deck the current price won't go up too much. Ajani is a sell for now if you ask me.
If the store owner says that I can't trade in the premises, I'll just go outside. If he says that I can't trade within 10m of his premises, I'll go to 11 meters. If he says that he doesn't want to see me trading, I will put a basket over his head and continue trading.
Yes, he's a local legend. He's only known to take his clothes off before he goes into the Ladies' Lockerroom. Nobody knows what he does in there because he's invisible, but it's almost certainly tons of masturbating.
Ajani is in GW sideboards. He is a solid card for sure, especially in an aggro heavy meta, which is going on currently and is to be expected post rotation.

"It's like some kind of Voltron... made of elephants??"
Seriously what is going on with Chasm Skulker? It's now a $3 card and the foil tripled in price from $5 to $15. I haven't seen any Standard decks that use this card? Is EDH and casual the main driving force?
No idea on the Skulker, but I've watched it climb from 1.5 to 3.5 since the set released.
And yeah the foil seems to be on a tear. I tried selling my foil copy a couple weeks ago for $3, no takers. Now to price this copy, I can't find any in stock anywhere, for any price. It'll probably take a few days for some supply to re-enter the market and for price discovery to take place. $10ish seems reasonable, especially if demand is being driven by older formats or casual/EDH.
I agree, Skulker's primary home seems to be in the EDH crowd at the moment. I've seen it in Nekusar decks and I have been playing one in Prime Speaker Zegana. It has some pretty nice synergy there. Probably there's more commanders out there that want it.
$10 seems reasonable as well for the foil. I think the foil got bought out on TCGPlayer or something as there are only two copies left. I also cannot find any foil copies anywhere as well. But other that, I am really interested where all these nonfoil and foil copies of Skulker are exactly going.
Any speculation on Garruk, Apex's price? I'm wanting to put together a BUG control deck and would like to have one copy, but so far haven't been able to get my hands on one. $21 seems like a lot for a 7 mana multicolor planeswalker. I really want to wait but his price hasn't budged and with Khans right around the corner and the mention that the BGW guys are going to be the "control" tribe, I worry that he's either going to remain at current price or even go up.

Yes, definitely EDH. I can testify that it's flat-out bonkers with a sac outlet and Marchesa, the Black Rose as your commander (draw a card, throw Skulker overboard for profit, get a Squid, end the turn, rinse, repeat).
Anything that works beautifully with both Marchesa and Nekusar is pretty much primed to be riser right now.
Check out Goblin Rabblemaster right now guys. Check all your regular spots, but also take a look here for an eyebrow-raiser.
Wow, looks like a buyout is underway for Rabblemaster on TCGPlayer. It pairs nicely with the new Khans card Ankle Shanker and just Mardu/Raid cards in general. If Rabblemaster is around, you will always get Raid triggers. I need to pickup a BaB promo for cube before they jump.

Can't believe I forgot about Marchesa, that's some synergy right there. I actually got to play Chasm Skulker in a multiplayer game. I drew 43 cards with it in one cast with Prime Speaker and it doubled its counters to 86. Used Thassa's unblockable ability and killed an Oloro player with it in one hit.
The card's most recent move is on right. means no movement. is a card that wasn't on the list last update. This is the update's hottest mover. (#) is price in CND incl. shipping here.
Chasm Skulker rose above the $3 level, as did the Souls of Innistrad, Shandalar, and Theros, making 25 cards worth opening in a booster pack - and on the tally.
M15 has quietly become the hottest set in a long time. It has 25 cards on the tally, a box value around $90, and with interested parties focused on saving up for the next block full of fetchlands, supply looks like it will remain tight. A box of M15 is now worth at least $20 more than a box of Conspiracy.
Nissa is up to $40 again, where it started weeks ago. Garruk and Ajani come next and they're also exactly at the price they were at the start. Jace finally moved up to take 4th place in the set, but Liliana has been rising too and they'll be competing for the spot with Sliver Hivelord, which is very stable and should remain so over time. Chord has been pretty stable although it has cooled slightly. Chandra was up early, but now has flattened off, and Goblin Rabblemaster is coming from behind after only 2 updates on the tally! Rabblemaster goes very nicely with Kharns mechanics and cards. The painlands support Kharn cards well, and they've been moving upward nicely since release too. Scuttling Doom Engine was up a lot until recently, when it halted at $6 and has remained, very good for a rare you don't hear much about. Genesis Hydra is interesting, having flown up to $5 from nowhere a couple weeks ago. What do you think it'll do next? Is it seeing much competitive play or is it mostly just good on paper, with a bit of added hype/hope? Chasm Skulker is another big mover, tripling from 1.5 to 4.5 in about 10 days. Waste Not and Perilous Vault sit around spot 20, both having cooled and lost value since release. But not much else is in the same boat, most of the set's singles are appreciating in price, and the expected value of a box goes up about $1 daily right now as a result. Polymorphist's Jest and three (BGW) of the mythic "Souls of" round out the tally at $3 each.
No sealed box of boosters is currently worth even close to what M15 is worth, going all the way back to New Phyrexia. The only close runner-up? Journey into Nyx.
Your on-topic comments of all kinds are appreciated! Discussion is what we make of it.
Genesis Hydra is the real deal. It's essentially a Cascade spell that leaves a nice sized body behind, particularly if you play it in a Devotion deck. Reid Duke came in second at the last SCG Invitational with four of them in his deck. I'm glad I picked mine up when they were cheap, as I see a lot of green cards in my future post-rotation. I sleeved up a very similar version of it last week, and easily went 4-0, beating Esper Control, Mono Black Devotion, Green Devotion and RW Devotion, dropping only a single game. In one game, I cast Hydra for 17 to dig for Nylea, so I could trample through a bunch of deathtouch wasps for exact. If green becomes the color to play right out of the gate, this card will be likely be in the mix, with a value of 8-10.

Darksteel Citadel is just outside this list. I would expect this and Ensoul Artifact to be the two main money uncommons over time, perhaps along with Diffusion Sliver and Leeching Sliver (given their casual appeal). Up until recently, Reclamation Sage was the top uncommon, but its price appears to be tanking somewhat now.
Do remember that all three of the non-Ensoul Artifact cards that you listed are part of the cycle of M15 cards that is exclusive to Deckbuilder's Toolkits, Learn to Play decks, and similar pre-constructed and semi-random product, and which does not appear in booster packs. Given the relative rarity of the listed cards relative to other versions, I can understand that they could be going for a buck apiece.

Thanks Tehuti for your analysis of the Hydra! What you said about green doing well right now (and coming up soon) rings true, and I do think many players underestimated the card at first because it does things a bit different than anything has before. Many (including myself) didn't realize you got the "bonus card" no matter what happened to the Hydra once you start casting it.

He's one of a few bomb mythic rares in the set and is playable in Jund walkers with mana acceleration coming from Elvish Mystic, Sylvan Caryatid and Xenagos, the Reveler.
The fact that he is a win condition all to himself will drive his price no matter his mana cost.
He creates creatures and he kills both walkers and creatures. Lots of fun with so many abilities.
I'd say he will drop by $1 a month unless he is picked up by top8 decks after rotation in which case he'll rise.
