Seems like everything is trending upward in commander's arsenal? I just saw there were no Chaos warp foils as well on TCGplayer. Should i make a move and buy some on ebay?
The time was pretty much always yesterday. People were kidding themselves if they thought this stuff would stay cheap. The supply is ridiculously low. The only card I can't see making huge leaps is Vela the Night-Clad, everything else sees quite a bit of play or had scarce original printings to begin with (the P3K cards).
Well, the box itself is not sealed, so by carefully moving the cardboard sleeve around you can open it and not break anything. That said, the Arsenal is for pimpers and collectors. Keep the card packs sealed, and they'll be worth more than the sum of their parts.
If you want to pimp your deck, buy singles. There's nothing truly awe-inspiring in the box.

yeah I can get one at my LGS for 250$ should I buy it?
EDIT: 250$ CND is around 225$USD
Yes. Don't open it, just stick it in the back of your closet, then in a few years, dig it out, dust it off & sell it for $500 or more.
Do people really buy sealed stuff years down the road? For nostalgia maybe? Most of the time old sealed stuff is worth much more than the price of the singles.

Lots of people invest solely via sealed product. It's a real problem for the game because it reduces the supply of singles.

Please quantify "real problem". I don't think sealed product is limiting singles supply in any significant way. I know maybe two people who buy sealed and actually keep it sealed. The rest buy sealed and then end up opening a year or two later or make no pretense of keeping it for later and opening it immediately.

I mean is it a good investment? How liquid is sealed product?
Sealed product is most of the time worth more than it's opened. Is it liquid? I guess if you put it on ebay or craigslist, but if you aren't a big online store it's hard to have an outlet to selling it. I could never keep anything sealed. I like opening packs but I quit spending money on packs because it's overall a waste of money unless you are keeping them sealed to sell which I do not do.
And for those who say that sealed product keeps singles off the market- what about the people that buy sealed product, open it, and keep the cards? It's pretty much the same thing. I have friends who open packs to keep all of their contents except the occasional bulk sale once every year or two; and that's junk rares nobodies buying anyway besides stores who give a small % on them.

Brutal. I was passing by Check Swing to pick it up without even seeing this thread and it's gone. I assume you are the one to blame? lol
