I was lucky enough to score the last Mind Seize of a new shipment at a Target this morning. (Literally pure dumb luck. I hadn't even been scouting that location.)
Now I'm wondering how the wring the most value out of it. Ideally, I'd like to trade down toward two Jace, Architects and maybe a Shockland. I'm not attached to any of the cards in the Mind Seize deck, though I wouldn't mind keeping some (if that doesn't hurt my value/leverage in trading).
So, my options appear to be:
1. Keep it sealed and trade the whole thing for the cards I want.
2. Crack it, sleeve and bind the TNN, then keep or trade the rest at my discretion.
I'll say again that I'm fine with trading the whole deck unopened. The one reasons I'm debating this are: A. I fear people will assume the deck itself isn't worth the price I'm asking ("you got it for MSRP, so can I!"); or B. the TNN is literally the only thing anyone wants anyway (making the rest of the card just worthless chaff in terms of trade value).
Suggestions?

I wouldn't trade for 2 Jace, Architect of Thought and a Shockland. That would be about $38 worth of cards for something that you paid $32.23 for (that is worth $50 ATM).
I would at least try to get 2 more shocklands for it or trade just the True Name Nemesis for the 2 Jace AoT and Shockland.

I was thinking about just doing this. I imagine the number of people who'd trade for TNN at TCGmid isn't insanely high (just because he's basically legal only), and the number who'd trade for the entire deck at Ebay average ($50+) is even smaller.
The hard part is convincing people to trade for Jaces for less than $20 each.
You'd be surprised at how many people would gladly throw their standard cards at you for a TNN ( even at tcg mid prices ).. If I still had my jaces, I certainly would =) Don't accept less than TCG Mid in your trade, and I honestly think you could demand a premium for trading a legacy staple for standard jank.

I was thinking the same thing. I made a visit to Northern CA for the holidays and I noticed that many Standard players (who were looking to get into Legacy) were looking for TNN. I was actually surprised about the interest among mainly Standard players, even though I knew of it's interest in other circles.

Jace AoT will soon lose value due to the Duel Deck. I wouldn't trade for it unless you really need them now.
I'd probably sell/trade the Nemesis (and the Strix probably) and keep the rest, especially if you play Commander.
Yep, that's what I did- TNN, Strix, Sol Ring and anything more than a dollar from the Mind Seize Deck plus 2 Blood Barons and some other Standard randomness I had glutting up my binder for the Mana Drain that my cube needed.
glad I found this thread, I was wondering the same thing- im still not sure if I wanna crack it, but the sealed thing doesn't seem to be holding a huge premium right now- this is the first commander stuff ive bought, will WOTC/HASBRO keep printing them as they said, or will this actually become rare and worth something down the line?

Wow, great score! You're cube will be happy with Mana Drain; I speak from experience
I sold my Mind Seize deck recently... only netted about $10 in profit after fees. The interest seems to have really died down... I was hoping for closer to $20 in profit. That being said, I think it's a decent long-term investment. Though we've been told that there will be more printings of CMD13 decks, I feel that the lackluster sales of the Jund and Naya decks will keep retailers from ordering more sets, which will keep wholesalers from ordering more sets, which will keep WotC from printing more sets.
