I'd like to thank certain Fate Reforged spoilers for making me waste almost 2,000 points on overpriced Jeskai cards. I swore that I wasn't going to blow a bunch of points on Standard cards. Man..$10 in points for three STANDARD UNCOMMONS! What kind of world are we living in?? I hate myself now!
It seams the Fate Reforged spoilers have caused a jump in price for some uncommons. ShadowFenril did not mention what uncommons made a jump... can anyone venture a guess or link the cards that did actually jump?

Presumably Jeskai Charm or Arc Lightning in light of the new Soulfire Grand Master.

One of these day I have to get myself organizized.
I think Trail of Mystery is about to jump to at least a dollar.. it is pretty low right now. I have attached a screenshot from Puca Trade regarding the recent rise in popularity of the card.
Hooded Hydra is starting to spike presumably because of the interaction with Manifest.
Difficult to speculate how much better Hooded Hydra or even Master of Pearls become with Manifest. If Manifest Deck becomes a thing I would assume it will happen while Scry is still available from Theros Block.
I don't know if I can see this being a thing. So far, we don't have any reliable way (as far as I know) in Standard to guarantee you have that Hydra on top of your deck when you manifest. If you're going to make a deck around this strategy you need a way to pull it off reliably, something like a Worldly Tutor reprint, which I'm sure we're not getting.

Courser of Kruphix would let you know it was on top (on color even!). It won't help you get Hydra there but it will let you know when it is.

I guess. Doesn't seem like enough, though. Still, I guess at under $2 you can't lose too much money on buying them. It's a mythic that'll always have some casual appeal so it'll probably never be worth less than $2.
Unless we're given a way to reliably manifest the cards of our choice consistently Hooded Hydra won't go anywhere. As it stands, you're going to end up actually drawing into Hooded Hydra much more often than you actually manifest it. What then? It's not hideously under powered but I suspect there will be better things to do with 3 mana (morph) or x mana than cast Hooded Hydra in standard post FRF. Its a spoiler season hype spike, something that happens when people find hypothetically powerful but ultimately "too cute" interactions (reminds me of Exava when Kalonian Hydra was spoiled) during spoiler season. If you own any and it spikes, sell them before people actually test them out.
Soul of Theros is on the move because 4C Souls is a real deck on MTGO and it just topped today (yesterday?) at an SCG event in Sidisi Whip. Went from $1 to $2 card to $6/$7 in pretty much one day.
Edit: Should probably add that it isn't just some silly 1-of tech card either, it's a 4-of in the deck.
With only a couple of weeks until a new set is dropped on the metagame I'd say it's a bit too late.
Just people trying to cash in on a move. Just because something is sold out doesn't mean it's worth whatever the only place selling it is asking. Pearl Lake Ancient was a $10 card during the pro tour. Look at the price now.
I checked three local game stores for Soul of Theros yesterday. None had so much as a single copy. One store I spoke with specifically said that a number of people had asked about it.
I expect if you take a playset or two to the next Magic event at your LGS you could probably trade them off for something more than $2 a piece. But yes, it's probably a one to two week thing.

They are 6+ dollars on tcg mid currently - the Soul of Theros Sidisi deck is pretty cool.

I bought a playset for about $10 yesterday. Twice I put the items in my shopping cart and then discovered them out of stock before I checked out. They were flying out of stores.
But, I expect that it is a temporary bump that will either subside in a couple weeks when the meta shifts or at the latest when Fate Reforged is released and attention is shifted to other cards.

I've been watching the price on the Hydra continue to tick up on Pucatrade. My guess is that speculators will keep buying in until the set is released and we find out that the Hydra/Manifest deck is not great. If it is, the card will see a huge spike. If not, it will be difficult to unload them. Either way, it's a mythic, so I'm not unloading it for $2 since it has a ton of time left in standard.
We also have access to Scry[lands] as well as some other toys like Trails of Mystery.
If a Manifest deck never comes to fruition you'll be holding on to a $2 mythic for a while.
If a Manifest deck shows up in a prominent deck builders article or makes a splash at even one event your looking at $5.
If a Manifest deck shows up regularly with a 4-of Hooded Hydra you may have a $10 standard mythic.
If you don't want to buy in at $2, I would at least suggest you continue to hold.

We have already seen several cards out of Fate Reforged spoilers that compliment Hooded Hydra: Whisperwood Elemental, Wildcall & Temur Sabertooth.
We also have access to Scry[lands] as well as some other toys like Trails of Mystery.

If the deck at any point does well in an event, the card will spike hard and you could easily end up with a $10 card.
Hold if you have them, but if you're looking for a fairly safe spec target, that's cheap to buy-in and will likely hold value rather than lose it.
