How much of a premium do Korean Visions block cards have over their English counterparts? I believe that was the debut of that language, so the print run is smaller of them.

Just a quick glance at SCG and eBay shows this as well. Korean Natural Order is at $74.99 while the English version is $30.00. Same with Vampiric Tutor at $24.99 for English and $50.00 for Korean.

Hi I'm Infecter4life and ironically I only play GBx decks.

If you can find someone who will give me $50 for my korean vampiric tutor let me know. I've had it on ebay now for MONTHS for about $40 with no takers.
I'd say there is a premium, but it's not 100%. More like 30-40%
I am going to Korea in 3-4 Month , I would like to know if people knows is there a Magic card market for Korean/Japanese/Chinese card ?
And if they like some European language , I would love to trade some card or buy in South Korea.
Where are you going in Korea ? Seoul ? you can use the locator locator.wizards.com/ to find some store. One advise : addressing system is a bit complicated so take a cab AND the phone number of the store... Store are usually small and sometimes hidden...
There you'll find players but I'm not sure they're really interested in European language (other than english). Also if you're looking for old korean cards, it's going to be difficult : Stores don't have much. If you're looking for latest set, a box is around 110 euros.

If you have enough disposable income, you should roll the dice and try cracking some packs for those sweet Korean Foils.
You mean packs? Most stores should have packs, it just depends on price generally and which store has the best price (hard to know with 14 stores which one will have the best price.)

"Yawgmoth," Freyalise whispered as she set the bomb, "now you will pay for your treachery."
My trip will coincide will the release of Theros , so i'm looking for a store where I can buy some card / unit.
I lived here for the last year and I was only able to find one shop that was still in business - Dive n' Dice in Hongdae. A very small shop but fairly easy to find and the owners are friendly and one of them speaks decent enough English. They carry most new product however it goes fast. They also have a few binders of older Legacy cards, although not much is printed in other than English.
If you're interested, I can do my best to guide you to the storefront from the Metro exit.

Also you can order online at this store : http://www.playfirststore.com/. The owner speaks english.
Last time I went I tried this one : www.abouttcg.com. Small friendly shop.
This one is also well-known : blue-mtg.co.kr.
Playfirststore has a shop but it's outside Seoul, so depending where you stay it could be quite far.

Trade with me so I can build my cube!
