A is ridiculously ahead in the first one. Disrupting Shoal alone is work 4 Meddling Mages. Unless we're talking about foils of some kind?
The second one I definitely go with B. Standard mythic for useful Modern foil = a snap decision.
So A then B for me.
I concur with Sir Fink. Disrupting Shoal shot up a couple weeks ago - it may be down, but Meddling Mage has come down a ton since he was the chase card in Planeshift. It's pretty easy to come by. Again, if some sort of foil is involved then it's a different story, but definitely Pile A in the first trade.
Blood Baron will drop on rotation, and while a lot of MMA foils are depressed, I still like the Archmage way more. Pile B there.

A:
1x Karn Liberated
1x Cryptic Command (MM)
1x Liliana of the Veil
1x Aether Vial
$130
B:
1x Tarmogoyf (FS)
Land Destruction deck including:
- cursed scrolls, rain of tears, and some rishadan ports. (he's not sure which version they are, he thought there were only one set of rishadan ports, and I looked it up, there are ones from WCD 2000 or 2001 that are worth only about $3...maybe he has those? how would i know...?
$130 + 1 Snapcaster Mage
Now interesting note about rishadan ports, I see on mtgprice.com there is only one for like $90 each which would obviously make it worth buying already..
but i am concerned there are promo or cheap ones too? I can't find them tho.
Thanks for helping me make this decision everyone!

There is only one legal printing of Rishadan Port. If he's trading you gold-bordered, non-tourney-legal ports, then he should make that abundantly clear. The backs are different, and most players don't consider them real cards.
I'm not sure what the "$130" means in Pile B. I'm guessing that you value Pile A as $130. Are you valuing Goyf at $130? In the current formatting, it looks like cash on both sides of the trade.

sorry if it wasn't clear KnickM! basically, which pile is worth $130 because both are for sale for $130. Im trying to determine which pile is the better deal.
The latter seems like a better deal (Tarmogoyf + 2x Cursed Scroll seems to run about $130). And it buys you a lottery ticket with the Ports.
If you were paying cash to a non-dealer, I suspect you could buy Karn for $40, Cryptic Command for $20, Liliana for $45 and Vial for $10. Add $5 in case I'm off on any of those and that totals $120.
Edit: I missed that the first one also requires you to add a Snapcaster Mage. It seems likely to me that the land destruction deck will be all jank (you might get lucky and it could have a few Tectonic Edges, Ports, Wastelands, or Strip Mines), but odds are that the other player knows the value of all those cards cards and it won't have any of those.

hmm yeah that's what i figure, that's why im concerned the ports are from a different set...
if you go on facetofacegames.com and search "rishadan port" there is a WCD2001 and WCD2000 version that is only $3...i don't know what these are tho...is there a likelihood he has these versions? I guess in some way there is right..?

Those are the World Championship Decks, and notably, are Gold-bordered and not tournament-legal. The only tournament-legal printing of the card is the Mercadian Masques version.

The moat is worth more if that matters. They are both cards that are not particularly easy to trade unless you are trading for other obscure things.

So u guys think its easier to sell an italian moat in grim tutor?
The money looks about right (assuming ports are packy minty), and I know you are after them - So gratz on your ports. I'd feel sick to my stomach giving up pile A for what pile B is though. Too bad you didn't have this trade show up a few weeks ago, you could have gotten the whole playset.
So u guys think its easier to sell an italian moat in grim tutor?
They will probably take about the same amount of time, but you can change that with how aggressively you price it. The tutor sees more maindeck play, so probably that. I'd still go with the moat even if it took longer to sell just because you can sell it for more.
So u guys think its easier to sell an italian moat in grim tutor?
I think it's probably close to equal. Moat sees more legacy play, as you can see it in some sideboards and maindecks of miracles, possibly some other fringes decks like stax.
Grim tutor sees play in a few ANT lists, but that's about it. Both can see play in EDH.

The ports are freakin' gorgeous. Pack minty, lies perfectly flat, no cloudyness at all. This is basically what I gave up for the ports at GP: Sac.
Sounds pretty close. If you can get a bit more, I'd take the moat, but I think the nether voids are pretty sweet, some mono black pox lists in legacy have tried them out, and they're fun in EDH too.

90-100 on the ITL void, 140ish on the English
230-235 on the moat (looks like heavy play)
The voids win on value, but the moat wins on playability by a mile. If you can get extras on top of the moat then sweet.
The moat is worth more if that matters. They are both cards that are not particularly easy to trade unless you are trading for other obscure things.
