At current values the first trade is heavily in favor of pile A, but long term pile B will far outweight it, and the second trade is dead even at current value, but again I'm sure pile B will be valued way higher long term. Thoughts?
Definitely b for both. Legacy cards (especially high end staples) will definitely hold their value or go up. Standard prices are too crazy
Crucible of Worlds x1
Doubling Season x2
Misty Rainforest SP x2
I think pile B is down a bit....
I'd take A in a heartbeat, mostly for the playset of Hierarchs. Trading a casual all-star like Doubling Season into an eternal staple seems like a solid plan.

This. SP Fetches are harder to ditch as well. Having a playset of hierarch is great.
I'm going with A here. Mostly because while the Judge Sol Ring might be selling for $90-100 and therefore worth roughly the same amount, you can get the EDH version or a Revised version for $5. Can't say the same about JTMS.
As such, it's far more likely that JTMS will go up, since there's no cheap substitute out there for players who want only to play with the card, not to collect it or stuff it into their cube/EDH deck for show-off value.

I probably should have stated I was looking to collect all the Judge promos.
I had every version of Sol Ring until I traded the same promo to the person months ago, but he took apart the EDH deck he was using it for to make his UW miracles deck and we made that deal.
If you are specifically looking to collect the judge promos, sure. It was a fair trade for similar market value on both ends. I wouldn't have made the trade, but I'm not a collector and certainly not for high-end shinies like Judge Foils. If you are, then the trade was a good one and neither side got ripped.

I wish my 4/4s with haste and first strike that acted as Goblin Warchiefs were better and didn't die to instants and overshadowed all other 4 drops in the format. And that they had evasion too, and some way to dodge wrath effects.

I like B in both trades - Thundermaw is good in Standard, decent enough in EDH, part of one of the iconic and casual favorite tribes, and from the low valued and little-opened set called Magic 2013 Core Set. Those factors bode well for the value of pile A. While I like the INN duals in the intermediate term, they don't have the same long-term appeal going forward.
And, of course, if you need the dragons for a deck and you don't need the lands, so much the better.

IMO I would take Pile A. Everyone wants Snapcasters and Fetches. People are trading for Crawlers are almost $10 each. People are selliing Mana Crypts for under $50 right on these forums.
In summation.....Star Trek wins a prolonged naval battle against superior, yet less technologically advanced, numbers, with Picard leading the assault, while Kirk takes your soul by laying out Solo and probably his manservant Chewy as well, before impregnating and ditching your Princess.
Unless you're a die-hard collector, take B and run. You can get near-mint ones on SCG for $60, and I don't think being graded as a 10 will add $100 to the value. Meanwhile, despite Modern Masters, I don't see Goofy falling below 55, and JTMS seems poised for a rise to 100.

B - Liliana wasn't printed in a compilation set and is ineligible to be in Modern Masters, and is seeing plenty of Modern and Legacy play to keep her price around 20 even after rotation, whereas the Duel Deck version is around 15-17.
B - You're trading up to a Standard and Modern staple without giving up noticeable value. While the Lantern will be good in EDH, the fact that it's being opened so much right now means it has room to fall. The other cards are all 2nd and 3rd tier right now; if Honor or Destiny gets a reprint, the increased supply will basically counteract the increased demand from their being played in Standard.
A - Seachrome Coast is a blue dual and therefore has the most room to rise come Modern season; while Crusade isn't worth much, neither is Lavaclaw Reaches, despite it being good in EDH, coming in play tapped all the time in the most aggressive color combination is not where you want to be - I'd play 4 Blackcleave Cliffs, 4 Blood Crypt, and 4 Dragonskull Summit before I touched Lavaclaw in any B/R Modern deck (Jund, Rakdos Deck Wins, etc.)

Deathrite Shaman and Hinterland Harbor at roughly equal in my eyes ... I understand that Harbor is worth a dollar or two more than the Shaman by current prices but I think the Shaman still has room to grow and any further growth for the Harbor will be temporary. That said, I don't see relevant value in any of the throw-ins. They'd sweeten the pot enough for me to make that trade if I had an extra Harbor and needed a Shaman, and I think in the long term the Shaman has a better outlook, but if you're waffling on trading the Harbor because you might want to play it you should probably just hold on to it.

If the Mox is truly EX+, the Mox.
I disagree. Most traders/collectors that can afford a mox will ask to trade for it, and they'll most likely trade up.
