I have heard vague rumors of a moustache-dispensing vending machine in a distant laundromat, across the street from a tattoo parlor. However, this information is shaky, and time is of the essence.
I think you're thinking of Liliana of the Veil. No one really plays with Dark Realms outside of EDH. I would say $100 tops, realistically more like $40.
You are correct. I try to block out the presence of dark of realms from my mind I hate it so much. Prolly around $50; foil russian foils are mainly based on edh/legacy/modern, and she's not even great in EDH.
Wow i like those inquest inserts, especially sauron.. nowhere to get them tough.. would be great for casual edh!
If I recall correctly, they were not actually insert cards but were just printed in the magazine. Find a copy, cut it out, and paste it onto a basic land.

As you can see Ashiok's first ability is printed as +1. It's supposed to be +2. Can anyone estimate a price for this?
There was a thread about this already. Since all the copies of Ashiok will be printed this way, in a way that makes them worse, it's not going to attach a huge value to the card. It will increase demand slightly for that version, akin to Spanish Meloku, but it won't drive prices through the roof (any more than being a Korean planeswalker already did).

I am currently looking at acquiring a foil Japanese steam vents from rtr off a friend but I have no idea what a fair value is. I looked on scg and they don't have any and eBay only have 1. Can anyone help?
I was wondering if the community could help me value these?
The Gaea's Touch has all text shifted to the left.
the knight actually has a regular magic card back (not shifted) so only the front looks like that.
Thanks in advance!
The Gaea's Touch is a very common mispint - about half of them were printed like that. It's worth no more than any other Gaea's Touch.
The knight is pretty cool - if the front and the back don't line up, then that's a serious production error. However, it's not a cool enough card on its own to command more than a couple bucks.
I have no idea what's going on with that Wurm. It looks foil in the scan? Or is it just lightly printed?

Curious if anyone has found a place with Korean prices available for Theros in general? I've checked MCM, SCG, etc and thus far the only thing I've found is good ol' eBay.
That being said I don't feel like it's a very 'fair' (consistent) source for trade/sale valuation here.
Y'all are probably better at this than I; not sure if there's a generally accepted multiplier for certain languages when market price data isn't really present..?

It's very lightly printed, except for the black border and the text. It is non-foil.
And yeah, the Knight is like that on the front and not like it on the back. Funny thing is, every other card in the pack was normal. How hard would it be to find a buyer for it?

The thing is, it's a completely different scale depending on whether the card is a Legacy/Modern staple or not.
With the exception of Thoughtseize, there's probably not much of a premium put on a "pimp" language (Japanese, Russian, Korean, German) vs. English. You might get an extra ~10% if the card is highly playable, like say $7 for a JPN Fleecemane Lion instead of $6.
For foils, it's generally 300% - 500% increase over the English equivalent, possibly up to 1000% if the card is sought after by Legacy players (ex: Deathrite Shaman, Abrupt Decay).
This is just the general populace, of course. You might be able to extract more if you find a dedicated collector, or you're able to start a bidding war.

Foreign language cards that aren't eternal playable are ones I tend to shy from. Take russian jace, architect of thought for example. I wouldn't care that much to own that card since I'm never playing it in legacy, in cube people don't know what cards do, and in standard pimping out a deck is a gigantic waste of money. If a card is eternal playable though, be prepared for sometimes a gigantic premium even for nonfoils (russian jace, TMS for example is 250 euros or more on magiccardmarket/compared to the 75 euros the english ones go for on there that's more than 300% more for nonfoil russian jace, TMS.)
Foil japanese steam vents I'm inclined to think is around $50 since the english foil is $25. For cards like steam vents/not eternal playable the multiplier is around twice the english foil at best. And steam vents is on the higher end since it's modern playable at least and a shockland. If it were isolated chapel the multiplier would probably be 1.5 times the value of an english foil for example.

Many thanks; it's mostly Type II playables so I just wanted to make sure I didn't have an expectation that either sold my stuff short or was cheating someone else out of value.
How much does foil effect the value of Russian cards? I opened a Foil Russian Temple of Triumph and have seen them posted online for anywhere from 30-60 dollars are they actually worth this or are they just grossly overpriced??

Since foil English Temple of Triumph goes for about $10, and the card honestly isn't all that good (eternal formats, I'm looking at you), it's probably overpriced. EDH demand could save it, since Russian foils are pretty pimp, but likely what you're seeing is the "The set has been out for three days, I need to pimp out my deck NOW!" effect. I'd dump the card if you can get that much for it now.

I see it settling around a lot lower in comparison to the current BiN's. And ask yourself this. Would you rather have a russian foil scryland or an english foil shockland. In other words, they are quite overpriced.

I recently opened a pretty heavily crimped foil Chalice of the Void from a modern masters box. Was wondering what you experts see the value of this as? I know modern playable foils tend to do pretty well, I'm not sure how the crimping affects it.
Anyone know anything about this guy?
Also these two white back cards.

No idea what they're worth, though.
The signed Summer Bloom card with the star is from the Starter 1999 release and is worth about $1, maybe $2 for someone who wants the signature.
It's normally a $1 rare.. I can't see it being higher than $10. Maybe ~ $6-7?

Really? The only copies on for auction are BIN of $45 and $47, so I was guesstimating upper 30s anyways....
I think that Sparki is talking about a nonfoil Japanese Okina, since English foils go for around $10.
Yeah, sorry. I somehow completely missed the fact it was foil. I'd say about ~$35.
