I have read the threads on old-border foil cutlines and generally the consensus is there is no difference in prices. I saw a couple of foils with large color differences that I liked recently (white - > yellow/orange, light blue - dark blue) and I was wondering if this would still apply or if large color differences would put a premium on the price?
No, you should be fine. If the color difference is caused by the foil line, you're still not looking at a premium misprint.
As always with misprints, photos help a lot, but given what you've outlined I don't think that there's anyone who'd expect a premium for those cards (well, there's always that one guy, but he's a statistical anomaly).

That is certainly a striking foil cut. I think that the light may have been chosen in order to highlight the line (or maybe it's just an accident), but I don't think that you're going to see that color disparity from every angle. Just a heads-up.

I was at a GP last month and the guy I was trading with showed me four copies of cut-from-sheet Flooded Strands. He then vendored them for more than face value. So, SOMEONE wants to buy stuff like that, and at a markup no less. Are those Portuguese? That's not a language that's in high demand, but you should be able to find someone interested in them.
Note that if the fronts are properly cut, meaning the printing sheet was misaligned, these things go from "interesting, cool thing to own" to "absolute expletive-deleted-ing gold".

Yeah they are Portuguese, not very looked after like you said. So this are considered better than normal foils?

To the right person, they are definitely worth more than a regular foil. The trick is, finding that person. I don't know that person, and I'm struggling to try to remember which vendor bought the Flooded Strands at the GP (and I'm probably not going to remember, because it wasn't important to me in the last month and my brain is a sieve at this point). So, you may have to list them high on eBay and relist them until you get a bite, shop them around at a large event like a GP, or hit up the high-end group on Facebook.

No, that's cool. I was just clamoring to see a misaligned DFC.
Still a cool card. I'd love to play with a card that miscut myself. I bet you could find a few collectors that would love to have them.
I forget the guy on this forum who used to collect miscuts to play with. He had some really cool stuff. Don't think he's posted in ages though.

Hey guys, any idea what a set of foil miscut flip walkers might run for?
Welcome to MTGS!
Are yours Portuguese like Biefall's (four posts up)? And also cut from a sheet, rather than a factory miscut? As I mentioned, they're definitely worth more than a pack foil to the right person, but finding that person is pretty hard. I'd say probably 1.25x to 1.5x, IF you can find that person.
Some, if not all, vendors will also take them at a premium.
Also, pictures are literally worth a thousand words on this thread. A good picture will tell us more about the specifics of the card than a user can say in a paragraph of prose, which is especially important with misprints and miscuts.

Shared the pics in a facebook group thats all about miscuts and misprints, they determined they are NFCs and a huge batch was unloaded in eBay recently as I am not an expert I am not sure if that makes them trash or at least they can be fliped for their original foil value.

If a bunch have been moved recently, that makes it harder to find "the right person", because most of them have already gotten theirs. Did you have any luck at the GP?

First clue that something is off is the little white triangles aren't there. Find a pick of any legit Beta card and it will be easy to see what I mean. I can't tell for sure, but it could be an inked Unl card or an inked Beta card to get rid of the white triangles. I could see somebody doing that back in 1993 when the cards weren't that valuable and somebody didn't like the white spots.

Good spot. There's definitely SOME inking one on this card. Whether it's just a touch-up job (we did that all the time!) or an UL->BE job, I can't say.
It looks inked to me, but I'd need a better photograph (in indirect light) to say conclusively. Take it to your LGS with a magnifying glass, and the proprietor should be able to point out the difference.

I could say literally any number and it wouldn't make a difference because I don't want to buy them.
The market for miscut cards has been a little wonky lately, with people coming down on various sides of the "cut from sheet" camps. Your market on this is really niche, so any number that you pick is just as valid as anything that I say. They're worth what you can get for them. Nonfoil Russian Wooded Foothills is a $20-$25 card, so take that as a starting point.

Has anyone noticed that some of the blue uncommons from eternal master are white washed?
I still haven't seen any EMA cards. However, MM2 had some really bad printing issues, so I wouldn't be surprised to see similar issues crop up in EMA. For that reason, I also wouldn't expect these to fetch much of a misprint premium.

Traditional Chinese doesn't really command a premium over English. Price will be about the same.
