Buy or sell Cavern of Souls at $18-$20?
Cavern of Souls looks like its mainly used for mana fixing in Standard right now but looks like its starting to be used in legacy (most notably top 8 Maverick lists). I feel like it could be equally likely to drop or rise. It might drop because the card is being over hyped in standard or Legacy players won't buy it for its $20 price tag post rotation because it isn't good enough. It could also rise post rotation because it will, indeed, live up to its awesomenes and therefore will be high in demand.
As high as I was on this card in the beginning, I'm selling CoS at $20 because it's still in Standard and hasn't yet made the impact that I hoped it would. Still a great long-term card to have though.
Buy or sell: Force of Will at $51? - This card has seemed stagnant for about a year now, is it at its ceiling?
Definitely buying FoW at $51. History has shown us that, short of a mass reprint, cards like Force, duals, etc. will only continue to inch up over time. The fact that it's currently in a period of lull/stagnation just means it's the right time to buy in.
Buying. It's a playable foil PW and at $10 I'd rather just hang onto Gideon. It may get hot at some point in Modern or just become more sought after as it goes further OOP. Non-foil, selling all the way though.
Selling Karakas at $70. I love the card (obviously), and someday I think it will legitimately be worth $70, but not now. And there's still the chance it shows up in FTV Realms, which would at least temporarily knock it back a few bucks.
Well, I had to buy the Karakas at 70 to finish my Maverick deck, but I guess that's the price of not waiting and searching for a better deal...
Ah well, it's worth it to finish the deck up, I suppose.
Buy or Sell: Primeval Titan at $7.00?
Yeah, if you needed it, you needed it. Just hang onto it for a couple years and I'm sure you'll be fine. If no FTV reprint, the buy looks a lot better.
I'm selling Primeval at $7, but it could definitely still be a $5 card or so after rotation due to being a casual bomb. If it ever takes off in Modern, look out.

Keep in mind that cloudpost is banned as well. So barring an unban, I highly doubt Primeval will see play outside casual and EDH.

I disagree with him being bad solely due to no cloudpost. He's really powerful in Hideway Eldrazi in Modern along with Summoning Trap, Windbrisk Heights, and spawn generators. I think he might also be playable in R/G Tron lists as well as a 1-2 of.
Anyway, I'm buying Liches at $2 - there's effectively no downside at this point, he might well see more play once the Delver shell leaves standard (and therefore the Vapor Snag test), and he's decent in EDH as well.
Buy or Sell: Wasteland at $40?

Havengul Lich: Buy @ $2? The card is absolutely disgusting in casual.
I'm selling the lich at $2 - a lot of cards are disgusting in casual, but that doesn't mean they belong outside the fifty cent bin.
Easily buying JTMS at $45, which is a great deal and I'd be shocked if Jace ever falls below that level.
Also buying Wasteland at $40 - ubiquitous Legacy uber-staple, don't really see it coming in FTV, and even if it does will continue to creep slowly up as the years keep going by.
Sneak Attack at $35, buy or sell? Does this card fall out of favor in Legacy any time soon?
Sell ASAP. The card is only that valuable due to Standard; as soon as it begins to fall out of favor, it'll begin dropping and you'll have lost the chance you have now.

Epochalyptik from http://tappedout.net/ EDH isn't about what you play, it's about who you play with.
Havengul Lich: Buy @ $2? The card is absolutely disgusting in casual.
Who knows what wizards will print in RTR block. Maybe a creature that can combo with the Lich and Heartless Summoning. Plus this card is a mythic in a very unpopular middle set making it more rare. I think this card is a good gamble so I give it a Buy.
This thread reminds me of Mad Money with Jim Kramer.
In summation.....Star Trek wins a prolonged naval battle against superior, yet less technologically advanced, numbers, with Picard leading the assault, while Kirk takes your soul by laying out Solo and probably his manservant Chewy as well, before impregnating and ditching your Princess.
Buy or sell: one of each Revised Dual land (10 cards total) in EX/SP condition for $650.
I'm selling the ten duals in ex-sp, though I'd be buying in nm. Duals seem to go for less in sets of ten, and the nice ones are the ones I really want to keep (nm/nm+).
Trying this one again: Sneak Attack at $35, buy or sell?

Buy. I would try to get them as cheep as you can, but the risk of loss on that one is low.
Out of the blackness and stench of the engulfing swamp emerged a shimmering figure. Only the splattered armor and ichor-stained sword hinted at the unfathomable evil the knight had just laid waste.
@The Cardfather: I'm actually a sell on this one, because I think it'll be reprinted before too long. Unlike Mental Misstep, this card has proven to not make Legacy or Modern into a degenerate format of who draws more of it on turn one, and this is mostly because both it can't counter itself, and perhaps more importantly, it costs mana to cast at all times. I would not be surprised if this was a reprint for Modern that showed up in RTR, and as such, I'd be cautious about picking them up. I'd say sell now, and if they're not reprinted, you can probably get them in October-November for about the same before Modern season gets going again. I just don't see upside that you can't get by buying back in 3 month's time.
Buy or Sell: Venser the Sojourner at $4.50?

Leaning "sell" on Sneak Attack. I feel like the deck is always going to be a contender given that Wizards are printing better and better creatures, and I can't see anything replacing it as a backup to Show and Tell. That said, it's $35, which is a good chunk of money for what it is - probably close to the ceiling on a relatively niche card. On the other hand, that same price tag probably precludes it from being reprinted in any kind of special product. I don't see it increasing in value a lot in the near-term, but also don't see it losing anything - essentially if you're interesting in speculating/investing, you're not going to make a lot of money but you don't stand to lose much.
I'd be a seller. I think he'll see some play post rotation but not like he is now.
