Mishra's Bauble at 9 USD/ 7EUR?
Seems like a reasonable candidate for a surprise EMA reprint, given that it's an over 5 dollar uncommon, but not sure if it has a high enough profile for that.
Will it spike of it's not in EMA or is it just not a card that matters as much as I think it does?

Stuff that's not reprinted will go up, but at the end of the day, a reprint at uncommon will crush the value. Ditch it.
I'm a bit torn on whether or not this is better than just buying singles when the set is released.
That I can't tell you. Presuming that a case is 3 boxes (like with Modern Masters), that's $293/box. You can probably do better, with MSRP at $240/box. Without knowing what's in the set, though, it's hard to tell whether you'll do OK with sealed product. Modern Masters 2 was a total 'Goyf lottery, and had a lot of chaff at rare AND only two money uncommons. If Eternal Masters has a good spread at rare, then you'll do OK with boxes. If it's just MM2, but replace 'Goyf with FOW, then go for singles.

I don't think I'd hesitate to get a case for 880. What site is that being offered at?
I think it'll be 4 boxes per case and I have to agree I'd jump on 880 per case right away.
If it's four boxes per case, that changes my math significantly and paints it as a good buy. http://wpn.wizards.com/en/products/eternal-masters indicates that it is in fact 4 boxes per case, so I'll switch my vote to "sure, that's probably decent".

I've been out of the loop on Magic for a month or so. Don't have much time or inclination to play at the moment, but I'm currently sitting on most/all of the Eldrazi staples I picked up in mid-December before the price spike, including MM15 Eye of Ugins and foil MM15 Eldrazi Temples. Since I'm not playing at the moment, I'm worried that by the time I pick the game back up, Eye (or something) may have been banned and I'll have a nerfed deck that's lost most of its value.
I'm not 100% dedicated to liquidating it; just wanted to see what people recommend. But the bigger thing I'm curious about is where people suggest I dump them if I do. I have a Pucatrade account, but I've never used it. Would that be a good way of getting a decent ROI? eBay seems to be a buyer's market right now in a major way. I've also considered selling them together (at a discount) on MTGsalvation – any thoughts on that?

They're all over eBay for the mid-20s. I don't know how shipping to Europe affects the price, but I'm sure you can find someone who'll honor their free shipping. So I'd say sell, if you can get $30 cash for it.

Thank for the answer , how much do i need to have so i could play modern deck? do you really need 4 or most decks play 3?
Depends on how long you're willing to hold, but on the short term
I would get rid of: General Tazri FOIL: she will probably not get any new tools and was basically printed to enable a 5-color ally commander deck. ETB effect is too weak imho when looking at potential for the coming sets. Tasigur, the Golden Fang: Rotating out of standard soon and having kind of lost their place there at the moment even now with the ramp and rally/CoCo decks running rampant. I understand that even in modern it is not favored for him.
I would keep the rest: Ob Nixilis Reignited, Drana, Liberator of Malakir and Liliana, Heretical Healer are all powerfull cards that just haven't found their deck yet. The coming rotation might change that. Hangarback Walker: on rotation we are going into a meta were colorless might matter a lot. Having a resource which provides you with a lot of colorless bodies might be good. Linvala, the Preserver FOIL: the multiplier is quite good, but can even be better. Highly collectible and from a second set I think this definately has room to grow on the long term.
Good price, but not exceptional. There are plenty of copies around $50 without having to search very hard. It's going to go up over time, but it's not the most desirable version of the card (original pack foil and old border judge promo both exist) and there were a lot of people who didn't like the MM15 foiling. Buy if you're interested in use or long term hold, pass if you're looking for short term gain.

[Pr]Jaya | Estrid | A rotating cast of decks built out of my box.
I am going to be running it, so that made it an easier decision. I saw it and I just wondered why I would pay like $10 less or worse for a non-foil instead. But, As you say, the MM2015 foiling was not quite as good, so we shall see.
I have a number of random cards sitting around that I've considered getting rid of, but have held onto them for fear that they will shoot up in price. I don't play much Magic anymore, but still trade on Puca often and have been trying to trade up into duals and other valuable old cards. So I'm not really in a hurry to get rid of the cards or replace them with other cards. What should I do with these cards? Trade or hold?
I'd ship them all. It's not that they're bad cards, or that they have no potential to spike, but many of them, especially the uncommons, will crash (can you call it crashing if a $2.50 card drops down to $0.50?) if they get reprinted. I think that your reprint risk is much higher than your spike potential.
I'm happy I didn't take your advice. About half of those cards have shoot up in price a lot.

I can't remember the last time I saw a deck running 4x Cryptic Command. 3 is more than enough.
