Potential to drop around April. I personally wouldn't pay for him right now unless I was building Tron. The Ugin's Fate Promo is a different story however. I used 17500 Puca Points to get him about 8mos ago thinking that was his bottom, but he's down to $144 right now and will probably see the 130's or 120's before he rebounds. I wouldn't feel too bad picking that version up right now if the money is available.
Buy, Sell or Trade for foil Khans fetchlands? Is now the time or should I be waiting to trade for my playsets?
I'd say Buy/Trade For. Foils don't drop with rotation or reprints, even if the regular versions do. These are (the fourth best) foils of multi-format all-stars. I'd definitely pick them up at every opportunity. I don't think that they will drop.
Ugin at $39? A good buy? Or is there potential to drop?
Normal Ugin, I'd say that's too much. I mean, I'm seeing several on eBay for $38 shipped, and a lot for $40 OBO, so I think that $35 is the price to pay if you want an Ugin now. I also don't think that he's a speculation target at over $25 - recall that he rotates in about 4 months.

So: pack foil Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger. Is that a good buy at $30? I don't need him right away, I just like collecting foil Legendaries, so I can wait for a bit. I feel like it's a decent price, but not a great price.

Just cracked an expedition Flooded Strand. Should I sell/trade it now or does it have room to keep going up?
Lucky stiff.
Okay, now that's out of the way, what's your timeline? Expeditions have plenty of room to go up in a few years. I think that we're seeing a big surge now in the prices of Expeditions, but that may just be people with holiday money. These cards will still be opened in packs for another four months. If you're okay sitting on it for a few years, you can definitely watch the price mature. If you want to get maximum value out of it sooner, now's as good a time as any.

It's not like I'm strapped for cash right now or anything. My particular dilemma is that shuffling up a $200+ card feels insane but having it sit around collecting dust also feels like a waste. So I should either get rid of it now or wait a few years, got it.

Shuffling up a $200 card isn't too bad, just play some legacy.
I'd personally keep it and watch it grow. I aquired a set of expedition shocks a little bit after release and they've already gone up $15-$20 each in that short bit of time.
I'm in the same scenario with a Expedition Wooded Foothills. Can get $150 for it on pucatrade as people are offering bonuses. Seems like a good deal, but how long will it take to get over that?

Since they're only about $4 each I don't think you'll loose much by getting now. Rare manlands are seldom junk rare status and these aren't terrible. They may drop another buck but you lost a total of $4 if that's the case.

Concur 100%. They'll be standard-relevant for another year, and they fit into BW lifegain EDH decks, which are popular. You won't lose out by buying them now.

4x Scalding Tarn (3 NM 1 SP) for $360-$380 (thinking about selling)
Sell now?
Seems pretty reasonable. If you're not using them, I'd move them. They will be reprinted eventually, probably in the next couple years, so you'll want to move them before that happens. But only if you're not using them.

I'm building a Grixis Delver deck but I'm missing other cards (4x Snapcaster and most of the sideboard), so I figure I'd be trading these lands for the other cards I'm missing and then pick them up again when the price drops. Scalding Tarn seems to be at an all time high right now.

So here's the thing about that. Tarn is pretty high now, yes. It's probably not going to get significantly higher. If you sell them now, you're looking at probably 2017 before you can buy them back after a reprint. 2017 is probably also when we get the next Modern Masters, which should hopefully contain Snapcaster Mage. So if you're looking at waiting until then anyway, I'd look at doing something else with the cash.
Again, we have no knowledge that either of these two cards will be reprinted very soon, just hunches. So please take my advice with that caveat in mind.

I think I'd be happy with buying them back at a cheaper price even before a reprint (say $60-70 each). My sense is that this price surge is due to them not being spoiled in Oath of the Gatewatch.
Am I mistaken in assuming they'll drop later this year, even with no reprint in sight?

It was stated publicly by WOTC (on MaRo's Tumblr, if I recall) that enemy fetches would not be reprinted in BFZ Block. I think that this announcement came out in August? So they've been through the roof for several months now. They got pushed down last year because allied fetches were reprinted and were suddenly Modern legal, releasing some of the pressure on enemy fetches. I can't see them dropping $30 - that would herald either a decrease in demand (like people being able to use allied fetches) or an increase in supply (reprint) in the next year.

I wasn't aware about that statement by MaRo, my bad. Still, why the sudden $20 increase in price for Tarn in the past 2 weeks? I mean, they were at $77 for all of BFZ time.
Is now the time to go ahead and dump my Inquisition of Kozilek's if I'm not using them and buy them back later? At 13.47 it seems reasonable to sell since a potential reprint in MM2017 or any set continuing with the eldrazi would probably cut the price by a third.
Actually, he dies doesn't he, so maybe less likely.
I've been looking to get the fetchlands I still need for the decks I'm building, and the only full set I still need is Marsh Flats. Would this be the time to buy if I'm going to do it? Prices are starting to climb again in advance of the GP, and if BW ends up being the color combo of choice for Eldrazi, it may spike.
I also have a Scalding Tarn that's open for trade. Off the back of the recent spike up to $105 median, do you think that would be a decent chip to use in getting the Flats?
[Edit] I also happened to buy all the Eldrazi Processor pieces ahead of the spike, so I suppose that's another good reason to grab the Flats now…
