I opened a foil Russian Reveillark and have been searching for a price on it but nobody seems to have one. Anybody hazard a guess at how much it could be?

I like the 5x multiplier for low- to mid-range playable Russian foils, and 10x for higher-end stuff. In the case of Reveillark, I'd say about $15. It's really buyer-specific, though.

This is unresearched and REALLY bad advice. Lowest Buy it Now on Ebay for an ENGLISH foil Reveillark is $19.99 shipped. One Japanese foil is at $66.
Russian is on par or higher than Japanese in many cases. I wouldn't let it go for a penny under $50 in any circumstance. I would probably just hold it for now and watch it continue to go up.
In summation.....Star Trek wins a prolonged naval battle against superior, yet less technologically advanced, numbers, with Picard leading the assault, while Kirk takes your soul by laying out Solo and probably his manservant Chewy as well, before impregnating and ditching your Princess.

Russian is scarcer than Japanese in terms of print run, but there's also much more demand for Japanese. It's really a matter of finding the right buyer. I agree that $50 seems like a good floor if you just want to get rid of it.
I have heard vague rumors of a moustache-dispensing vending machine in a distant laundromat, across the street from a tattoo parlor. However, this information is shaky, and time is of the essence.
Eh, guilty as charged. I was thinking Reveillark was still about a $1.50 card. I guess Russian foils have caught on even more since last year, too. Personally I think that $50+ is insane for a flippin' Reveillark, but I'm not the target market I guess. I sold a Russian foil Academy Ruins for about $60 last year, and that was the going rate at the time, give or take.
At any rate, the OP did ask for guesses. Why should I research prices if the guy with the card can't be bothered

It's a pretty bomb card in EDH. Don't think it really sees play anywhere else. But that's what EDH does to Russian foils.
I'd be fairly happy to get 50 if it was mine, just because of how hard foreign foils are to move. The retail price I'd put near 100, but it'd be very difficult to get that much.
Cheers
