I'm interested in the price because a few people at my LGS want it for EDH purposes. I got the card for 10$ post-banning back in January (the guy at the store had SP/NM) SOTF's going for 20-25$, but it seems like SOTF increased in value due to EDH, so it's a bit closer to 30-35$ here in Montreal.
What would you say an HP SOTF is worth now in trade? I told them that I might do it for a couple of Shocklands (not two Blue Shocklands, obviously), but I want a second opinion.

I did a search on TCG Player, where it showed the prices from various online retailers, and they were for the most part 22$+, while on E-Bay they were more in the 10-15$ range.

This is generally how it goes. You pay extra for the convenience/security of buying from an online store.
