I've searched a bit for the price of a Foil M10 Traumatize (pulled one out of my box) but I've seen anywhere from $7 to $15. What is it's reasonable value?
Also, I bought a playset of Captain of the Watch for $10 online. Was it a good deal? I think it was, just want to be sure.
Lastly, I hear that in general, foreign versions of cards are worth a tad more than english ones. I ask because in here, Puerto Rico, some shops carry Spanish boosters and both english and spanish cards circle around (i.e. my neighbor has a spanish M10 Garruk).
Recent eBay listings have the foil Traumatize at $6.51 for one, and $18.50 for a set, not accounting for shipping. I'd guess the real value is in the neighborhood of $4.5-7.
Captain of the Watch sets are going from $10-16 each, so a decent deal.
Foreign cards are worth more in most cases (for example, Chinese carries little to no premium), but not ones that are readily available, the idea being that they're rare. I'm not sure how much of a premium Spanish cards carry in the States.
I don't know much about the market regarding foreign cards except that usually there's no difference. Except in the case of chase foils. A foil Japanese Pulse is significantly pricier than an engrish foil if I'm not mistaken.

Foil Japanese anything besides absolute and complete junky commons and uncommons will command a premium.
Other languages...only for the staples and high-value rares.
