Gisela, Blade of Goldnight prevents half of the damage dealt, round up, so what happens if there's redirection of damage, such as damage done to opponent -> planeswalkers, and Kor creatures like Shaman en-Kor?
The opponent as the affected player or controller of the affected object(s) decides which effect to apply first, Gisela's damage halving or one of the redirection effects (multiple activations of the Shaman count as seperate effects, even if targeting the same creature). If applying a number of redirection effects before Gisela's effect, multiple objects/players may become recipients of the damage. But once Gisela's effect is applied, since it modifies the event of dealing damage and not the event of receiving damage, further application of redirection effects will not be able to reinvoke her effect, even if more objects/players are now receiving damage, because replacement effect can apply only once to an event or modified event.
Example:
5 damage are to be dealt to Shaman en-Kor and its ability has been activated and resolved twice, once to redirect 1 damage to Gisela, once to redirect 1 damage to a random 2/2. The Shaman's controller chooses the first of those redirection effects to apply, so now 1 damage would be dealt to Gisela, and 4 to the Shaman. Next the player chooses Gisela's effect (not optimal, but for the sake of illustrating the matter). Half of 1 damage to Gisela prevented and rounded results in no damage to Gisela, while half of 4 damage to the Shaman prevented and rounded results in 2. Then the last applicable redirection effect is applied, and the random 2/2 would receive 1 damage while the Shaman will still receive 1 damage. There are no more replacement effects to apply, so that's what will happen: 1 damage to the 2/2 and 1 damage to the Shaman, Gisela gets no damage.

Thx for the answer. A few questions:
1) Gisela halves the damage, round up, 1 damage halved is 0.5, round up to 1, so wouldn't Gisela still receive 1 damage? (see bold)
2) So the same example here could be applied to planeswalker, if I receive 5 damage but opponent wants it to be redirected to my PW, the PW would end up receiving 2.5 -> 3 damage in the end, aye?
3) In the case of Delaying Shield, I can choose to have Gisela's halving to take effect first, then replace the damage via the Shield, so 5 damage would end up being 3 counters on the shield, yes?
Well, you have to look at what is said to be rounded. In Gisela's example, it's the half of the prevented damage. In the case of Endless Ranks of the Dead it is half the number of zombies you control. In the case of Fireball it is the damage dealt to the creatures.

2) 2 damage, because again the prevented damage is halved and rounded.
3) 2 counters, for yet again the same reason. But yes, that is a viable choice you can make.

That makes a world of difference! Are all the cards worded the same way, where the "round up/down" refers to the object immediately mentioned prior?
