If I have Dueling grounds in play and have a second attack step, can I still attack with the same creature twice? If so, if an opponent chump blocks my attacker, are they unable to block during the second attack step?
You can attack, but only with the same attacker as you did in the previous declare attackers step.
Your opponent may block with the same blocker used in the previous declare blockers step. If that creature isn't on the battlefield at that time, he can't declare any creature as a blocker.
