My initial thoughts tell me that Faith's Reward would go on the stack, resolve and then not do anything as nothing as of yet has been wiped from the board.
Yes, you can use it in that way, but it would be meaningless, and perhaps even beyond meaningless. Faith's Reward would go on the stack, above the wipe, and would resolve first. It would bring back to the battlefield all permanents that had ALREADY gone to the graveyard this turn, and then, thanks to the wipe effect, any of those permanents other than lands would go right back into the graveyard when that ability/spell resolves.

That's what I thought. What a pity popping O-stone and then using Faith's Reward off of Sunforger would have been fun. Anyways I guess it back to the drawing board.

If you are doing both actions, you could cast Faith's Reward and respond to it with the Oblivion Stone activation for the effect you desire.
