If there is a [/c]Phantasmal Image[/c]'s copy of [/c]Huntmaster of the Fells[/c], and he plays another [/c]Phantasmal Image[/c], can he make a copy of the phantasmal image that's a copy of huntmaster? What will happen?
The result will effectively be a Huntmaster of the Fells with the addition of the Illusion creature type and two instances of "When this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it."
Neither Image will be able to transform.

To answer your question, the second Phantasmal Image will be a copy of Huntmaster of the Fells; cards that have no other side can't transform, not that it prevent their ability from triggering or anything.
