if revalark leaves play and lets say mogg fanitic leaves play at the same time , could you get back the mogg fanitic that just left play. And if you use mirrior entitys ability and lets say one of you creatures have lifelink does that creature retain life link and other abilitys if they have them
By the time Reveillark's ability goes onto the stack, the Fanatic is already in the graveyard and thus is a legal target to be returned.
Mirror Entity doesn't say anything about the creatures it affects losing abilities, so they don't.

And so people say to me, "How do I know if a word is real?" You know, anyone who's read a children's book knows that love makes things real. If you love a word, use it! That makes it real. Being in the dictionary is an artificial distinction; it doesn't make the word any more real than any other word. If you love a word, it becomes real.

but it does say that they become x/x creatures with every creature type.
When Mogg Fanatic changes zones, it is treated as a new object. The effect of Mirror Entity's ability ceases to affect it once Mogg Fanatic is in your graveyard.
For clarification: Mirror Entity's ability affects creatures you control in play when its ability resolves. If any of those creatures leaves play to go anywhere, its ability stops applying to them, and they revert to their printed power, toughness and creature types. So Mirror Entity will never let you get back a 3 power creature with Revilark.
Likewise, any effect that is granting a creature you control Lifelink will cease to apply when that creature leaves play. Any time a permanent goes anywhere, even if it comes right back, the rules treat it as a new object, and don't keep track of effects applying to it. So, a creature you return with Revilark will only have lifelink if it's printed on the card, or there's some effect applying to the new creature just like the old one (Like Noble Purpose)
EDIT: Whoops, sorry, I misread the OP, thought this hadn't been cleared up yet, but it obviously has.

If your question is "What would a judge do is this situation?", only one person's answer is relevant, and that is the Head Judge at your event. I can quote the rules, but I don't know your HJ.
Well, not quite. When cards talk about something "becoming" something else, they will specify whether or not it's in addition to what it previously was (relevant for creature types, not so much power/toughness). If they don't, it becomes x in place of whatever it was before. However, this only applies to the values mentioned. So, with Mirror Entity, the creatures become x/x with all creature types, and that overrides whatever they were before. But, the ability only mentiones power/toughness and creature types, so those are the only things affected. Abilities, colour, name, etc. remain unchanged.
The reason Blood Moon removes abilities is because Mountains come with an inherent ability (Tap: Add R to your mana pool). So, their land type becomes Mountain, and their abilities become "Tap: Add R to your mana pool", in place of whatever they were before. However, supertype, name, etc again remain unchanged.
