So how exactly does that work? Chandra is a creature, so Quicksilver Elemental can gain her abilities. Since it's not a planeswalker itself, is it limited in how often it can activate them? Can it use the 'add loyalty' abilities as many times as it wants?
This is probably the weirdest interaction I've ever seen in Magic.
How old is the post you're citing? That hasn't been valid for over a year. Nowadays, the once per turn thing is linked to the type of ability, not the permanent type. It used to be that since creatures weren't planeswalkers, if you could give a planeswalker ability to a creature, it could do it infinity times, by virtue of not being a planeswalker.

No. You can only activate one loyalty ability of a permanent during each of your turns. This is a property of loyalty abilities, not of the planeswalker subtype.
