I have 3 questions regarding MTGO that will make or break it for me.
1. Will it run on a netbook with 1gb of ram and 1.66 ghz smoothly?
2. How much is Primeval Titan (LOL).
3. Is it a Monthly fee?

1.) Yes, or it should.
2.) Roughly the same as paper, give or take a Dollar.
3.) Nope. $10 one time fee (that translates to $4, considering you get $2 in Tickets [2], and a Pack)
Is it standard type 2 only? My netbook runs Linux, Windows is awful.
Edit:
Am I reading this right? He's 8.95 to get him in MTGO? http://www.mtgotraders.com/store/magic_2012-ss6.html
That's basically doubling how much I spend on the game.
Yes, you can purchase a Primeval Titan for $8.95 from MTGO Trader. I don't know what your last sentence means, but an $8.95 price tag is 6 bucks cheaper than the cheapest you can find a paper copy from an online retailer...

2. Check MTGOTraders.Com to find out prices.
3. The only other fee besides making the account ($10) is buying packs from the store if you so choose to.
