Looks like they are all around ~ a dollar? I searched for misprint, but just the card came up in its different sets, you can see the varying effects if you scroll down (2 and the 1).
I have two of these: one from fifth edition, one from Fallen Empires.
The fallen empires one states "cannot be assigned to block any creature of power greater than 1"
The fifth edition one states "Brassclaw Orcs cannot be assigned to block any creature with power 2 or greater."
Which is the misprint, and is it worth any money?
Sadly it seems neither is a misprint, just a change in terminology between the two printings. Older Magic didn't always have the nice templating we have now.
Red should be burn, Goblins, Dragons, draw/discard, and Standard-unplayable 5CMC cards with insane, lengthy effects that take 10 minutes to figure out what they do and another 20 to actually make their effects work on the field.
