Just posting for speculation on which land cycle you'd rather see finished with the enemy-pairs, the Tango/Battle lands or the Shadow/Reveal lands?
The fact that both cycles have been introduced relatively recently makes me suspect there would be plans on the horizon to finish them. I could easily see the Tango lands being put in the set's Expeditions/Masterpieces/etc.
Tango is my vote.

The Shadowlands are terrible, IMHO. Battlelands at least are fetchable. That said, I don't want to see either, especially since Wizards won't want to put Fetchlands and Battlelands in the same standard anymore.
Ya know, I don't really get why people hate the shadowlands so much. They've worked out pretty great for me. In any dual color deck you are liable to be running a fair number of either land they require anyhow and they offer faster access to both of your deck's colors than the battlelands, which is pretty important for aggressive decks.

Want I want in standard are reprints of the Filterlands in Amonkhet, the Allied Fastlands in Atlazan, and the Enemy Fetchlands in the block after. I believe it's the best way to reprints lands for Modern.

Honestly, looking at how Aether Revolt has turned out, I don't think any of those lands are too powerful for Standard anymore. I guess it just all depends on what support there is for them, or really, what answers they have printed.
Anywho, battlelands, for sure. I still prefer to fetch shocks, the battlelands can be better in some builds.

They're okay, but they're only good in Standard.
They suck in Modern and Legacy,
and suck only marginally less in EDH.
Battlelands are at least EDH playable, possibly even fringe/budget Modern playable.

Neither of those arguments is an excuse to not finish the cycle. And glorius it will be in 15 years.
Oh, I'm not about to debate that!
I especially want the W Enchantments version.
Maybe one day they'll even print one for Planeswalkers. R is the color without an associated permanent type,
but it doesn't seem a good fit for PW recursion.

Battle lands have the basic land types and thus have greater compatibility with numerous other cards, including other lands.
Shadowlands are actually pretty nice too, but pale in comparison. I'm in the camp that wants as many dual colored cycles completed as possible, at least where Modern is concerned.
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
I was actually thinking of another post on un-finished land cycles, like those or the ones from Future Sight, but was taking the time to track down all the possibilities out there.

They're not even good in standard. They're necessary because of a lack of options, but they require such a heavy deck building restriction to not be a generic tap land.
I'd really like to see the fixed shocklands get a full cycle so that frontier doesn't have a quirky mana base. Having both battle lands and allied fetches feels really off to say the least.

Shadow. I love me some fastlands. Though battlelands do at least help enable fastlands, but shocks play better with shadows (though that holds true in almost any comparison between shocks and battles) I want both cycles completed eventually of course.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
